Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu keberhasilan usaha yang dilihat dari laba pengusaha kerupuk udang di Kabupaten Indramayu yang terus menerus mengalami penurunan dalam kurun waktu lima bulan yaitu periode November 2014 sampai Maret 2015. Hal ini disebabkan karena biaya yang meningkat sedangkan penjualan produk masih tetap dengan harga yang sama dan jumlah yang sama. Dalam penelitian ini keberhasilan usaha dapat dipengaruhi oleh modal kerja dan diferensiasi produk. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu para pengusaha kerupuk udang di Kabupaten Indramayu. Sampel sebanyak 33 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey eksplanatory dengan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program Eviews 6. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel modal kerja dan diferensiasi produk sama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi modal kerja dan semakin baik diferensiasi produk pada kerupuk udang maka laba yang diperoleh semakin tinggi sehingga tercapai keberhasilan usaha. Indikator diferensiasi produk dalam penelitian ini dilihat dari kemasan, bentuk, kualitas, dan merek. Kata Kunci : Modal Kerja, Diferensiasi Produk, Keberhasilan usaha, Laba The problem in this research, the success of entrepreneurship that profit from entrepreneur who have experienced indramayu district prawn crackers decreased within the last 5 months ie the period November 2014 to March 2015. This is caused by the rising costs, while product sales remained at the same price and the same amount. In this research the success of Entrepreneurship can be affected by working capital and product differentiation. Subjects in this reseach, namely prawn crackers in district Indramayu. Sample of 33 employers or entrepreneur. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey using questionnaires as a data collection tool, whereas the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression the data analysis using of Eviews 6 program . The result showed that the variable working capital and product differentiation are both positive and significant impact on the success of entrepreneurship. This means that the higher the better working capital and product differentiation on the prawn crackers higher profits in order to achieve the success of entrepreneurship. Indicators of product differentiation in this research viewed from the packaging, shape, quality, and brand. Keywords : Working Capital, Product Differentiation, Success of Entrepreneurship, Profit
