    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berlatarbelakangi mengenai permasalahan tingkat kompetensi profesioanal guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran produktif program keahlian administrasi perkantoran pada SMK se-kota sumedang, Penulis mengambil objek penelitian diantaranya yaitu SMK YPK, SMK Ma’Arif, SMK Muhamadiyah 1, SMK Negeri 2, Salah satu permasalahannya adalah mengenai hasil belajar siswa kelas XI mata pelajaran produktif program keahlian administrasi perkantoran tahun ajaran 2009/2013.
    Tujuan dari penelitian ini terdapat beberapa tujuan yaitu, 1). Untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kompetensi profesional guru pada SMK Se-Kota Sumedang, 2). Untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran produktif administrasi perkantoran pada SMK Se-kota Sumedang, dan 3). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada SMK Se-kota Sumedang.
    Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode eksplanatory survey adalah metode survei untuk menjelaskan antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis.
    Hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran produktif program keahlian administrasi perkantoran pada SMK kota Sumedang. Penelitian ini telah membuktikan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran produktif program keahlian administrasi perkantoran di SMK Se-kota Sumedang.

    ;--- The background of the study is about a matter of the level of the competence of professional teachers towards the results of students’ learning in vocational school on the lesson productive skill program of office administration in Sumedang, the writer is taken the object of the study such as vocational school YPK, vocational school Ma’rif 2, vocational school 1 Muhamadiyah, vocational school of state, one of the problems is about the results of students’ learning skill program office administration academic year 2009/2013.
    The purpose of the study consists of two goals: 1). to discover the description of the competence of professional teachers level in vocational school Sumedang, 2). the results of students’ learning in sumedang, 3). to discover the influence of the competence of professional teachers level towards the results of students learning in vocational school in Sumedang.
    The method used in this study is explanatory survey that is to explain the relation between variables through hypothesis testing.
    The result showed that there is an influence of the competence of professional teachers towards the results of students’ learning in vocational school on the lesson productive skill program of office administration in Sumedang. This study has proven that the competence of professional teachers has an influence significantly towards the results of students’ learning on the lesson productive skill program of office administration in Sumedang.
