Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh proses penilaian hasil belajar yang selalu beracuan pada Taxonomy Bloom selama bertahun-tahun. Berdasarkan hasil studi literatur awal, peneliti menemukan bahwa selain Taxonomy Bloom, terdapat pula SOLO Taxonomy yang dikembangkan oleh Biggs & Collis (1982) sebagai alat penilaian hasil belajar yang dapat melihat kemampuan siswa secara rinci dan menyeluruh. Selain itu, karakteristik yang dimiliki SOLO Taxonomy sesuai dengan acuan penilaian hasil belajar yang terdapat dalam Kurikulum 2013 yang berlaku di Indonesia sehingga berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode survey jenis cross-sectional sebagai upaya untuk melihat alat penilaian hasil belajar yang biasa digunakan oleh guru dan untuk melihat apakah SOLO Taxonomy mampu mengukur dan menggambarkan kemampuan berfikir peserta didik khususnya kemampuan High Order Thinking. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, tes, studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan metode analisis data menggunakan Profile Analysis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa, pertama alat penilaian yang digunakan guru masih belum sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran karena guru masih menggunakan tes dengan bentuk hapalan ketika mengukur dan menilai kemampuan analisis. Kedua, penggunaan alat penilaian model SOLO Taxonomy dalam pembelajaran sejarah ini dilakukan dengan cara guru membuat rubrik yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik dari SOLO Taxonomy dan ketiga, alat penilaian hasil belajar model SOLO Taxonomy dapat menggambarkan kemampuan High Order Thinking peserta didik. Jika alat penilaian hasil belajar ini digunakan secara berkelanjutan, hasil belajar peserta didik dapat tergambarkan secara rinci dan jelas, sehingga didalam proses pembelajaran guru dapat menggunakan hasil tersebut untuk membuat keputusan dan melihat keberhasilan pembelajaran.;-- This research has been motivated by the process of assessment of learning outcomes which always referred on Bloom's Taxonomy for years. Based on the results of the initial literature study, researcher found that in addition to Bloom's Taxonomy, there is also SOLO Taxonomy developed by Biggs and Collis (1982) as a means of assessment of learning outcomes that can see students' abilities in detail and thorough. In addition, the characteristics of SOLO taxonomy has been appropriated with the reference assessment of learning outcomes in Curriculum 2013 which had used in Indonesia, therefore, researcher interest to conduct an inquiry using the type of cross-sectional survey as an effort to see the progress in learning outcome assessment tool that used by teachers and considered whether the SOLO Taxonomy capable to measure and describe the thinking skill of students, especially the High Order Thinking Skill. Data collection method that used in this inquiry are the observation, testing, documentation studies, and interviews with the method of data analysis using Profile Analysis. Based on the results, researcher found that first, assessment tool that used by teachers still do not correspond to the learning objectives since teachers keep use the test to the shape memorizing for measuring and assessing analytical skills. Second, the using of assessment tools SOLO taxonomy model of teaching history is done by made rubric adapted to the characteristics of the SOLO Taxonomy and third, learning outcomes assessment tool SOLO taxonomy model can describe the High Order Thinking students. If the learning outcomes assessment tool is used in a sustainable manner, the study of students can be described in detail and cleary, in summary, teachers can use the results to make decisions and measure the success in learning process.
