Abstract
Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui pengaruh hasil praktek kerja industri (prakerin) terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa pada kompetensi keahlian akuntansi di SMK Bina Warga Bandung.
Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian akuntansi SMK Bina Warga Bandung yang berjumlah 66 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan nilai praktek kerja industri. Angket digunakan untuk mengukur variabel kesiapan kerja siswa. Adapun tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara praktek kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Kompetensi keahlian akuntansi di SMK Bina Warga Bandung yang ditunjukan r sebesar 0, 775, koefisien determinasi sebesar 60% dan t_hitung 9,81 > t_tabel 1,669. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi maka praktik kerja industri berpengaruh terhadap variabel kesiapan kerja siswa sebesar 60%, sementara sisanya 40% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.
Kata Kunci : Praktek Kerja Industri, Kesiapan Kerja Siswa.
The purpose of this research is to know the effect of industrial internship to work readiness grade XII students accounting skill competency at SMK Bina Warga Bandung.
This Study sampling is the grade XII students accounting skill competency at SMK Bina Warga Bandung with total 66 students. Data collection is done by using questionnaires and the value of industrial internship. As for the data analysis with correlation by using Pearson Product Moment.
The research shows that there are positive and significant impact on the industrial internship to work readiness grade XII students accounting skill competency at SMK Bina Warga Bandung shown r of 0,775, the coefficient of determination r^2of 60% and t_hitung 9,81 > t_tabel 1,669. Based on the the coefficient of determination, students work readiness influential on variable Industrial internship by 60%, while the remaining 40% is determined by other factors.
