Abstract
Keberhasilan guru dalam proses belajar mengajar ditentukan oleh kinerja guru sebagai pendidik. Untuk itu kinerja guru memegang peranan penting dalam pencapaian tujuan pengajaran secara optimal. Meningkatkan kinerja guru bukanlah pekerjaan pekerjaan yang mudah. Dalam hal ini terdapat sejumlah aspek yang terkait baik yang melekat pada diri guru seperti moral, kemampuan, pengalaman, dan motivasi maupun yang berada di luar guru seperti profesionalisme guru, kesejahteraan, iklim kerja, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, gaji, kurikulum, sarana dan prasarana. Tanpa mengurangi peranan aspek tersebut, kiranya aspek profesionalisme guru yang memerlukan keahlian, kemahiran, atau kecakapan yang memenuhi standar atau norma tertentu. Pada penelitan yang berjudul pengaruh profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMK se-Kecamatan Bojongloa Kidul ini, dilakukan di 6 sekolah menengah kejuruan yang berada di Kecamatan Bojongloa Kidul, Bandung, yang dimana responden diambil dari sebagian guru disetiap sekolah. Secara umum, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang didukung oleh pendekatan kuantitatif serta studi kepustakaan. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, yang menjadi populasi adalah guru sekolah menengah kejuruan swasta dengan sampel sebanyak 70 responden. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2013 dan SPSS 21.0 for windows. Hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS), menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme guru di SMK se-Kecamatan Bojongloa Kidul berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata keseluruhan aspek 4,19. Untuk kinerja guru SMK se-Kecamatan Bojongloa kidul berada pada kategori baik dengan rata-rata keseluruhan indikator sebesar 3,85. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Uji t didapat thitung = 10,84 > ttabel = 1,668 artinya terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara Profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMK se-Kecamatan Bojongloa Kidul Kota Bandung, dengan perhitungan koefisien determinasi yang menyatakan adanya pengaruh antar variabel sebesar 46,24%. ; The success of teachers in the teaching and learning process is determined by the performance of teachers as educators. In this regard there are a number of related aspects of a good rub off on teachers like morals, abilities, experience, and motivation as well as outside of the teacher as teacher professionalism, welfare, work climate, leadership of the principal, salary, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure. Without prejudice to the role of the aforementioned aspects, presumably aspects ofprofessionalism of teachers who are requiring expertise, finesse, or proficiency that meet certain standards or norms. On the study entitled the influence of professionalism of teachers against the of the performance of the teacher in SMK Bojongloa Kidul Subdistrict perceives it, is done in 6 vocational high school located in Kecamatan Bojongloa Kidul, Bandung, in which respondents are taken from some of the teachers at each school. In General, this research aims to find out how big the influence of professionalism the teacheragainst teacher performance . This research uses descriptive method supported by quantitative approaches as wellas the study of librarianship. The method of data collection using the questionnaire, which became population isa private vocational high school teachers with sample as many as 70 of the respondents. The calculation analysis in this study uses the Microsoft Excel program help 2013 and spss 13.0 for windows. The results of the calculation of Weight Means Score (WMS), indicating that the professionalism of teacher in SMK Bojongloa Kidul Subdistrict on categories is very good with an average overall aspect 4.19. For the of the performance of teachers SMK Bojongloa Kidul Subdistrict located at the good category with an average overall indicators of 3.85. Based on the results of the calculation of the Test t obtained t calculate = ttabel > 10.84 = 1.668 means there is a very significant influence between the professionalism of teachers against the of the performance of the teacher in SMK Bojongloa Kidul Subdistrict, Bandung with calculation of the coefficient of determination stating the existence of influence between variables of 46,24%.
