Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya komitmen organisasi pada guru tidak tetap. Fokus kajiannya diarahkan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi. Gaji dan kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi guru. Oleh karena itu penelitian mengkaji tiga variabel yaitu Gaji (X1), kepuasan kerja (X2) dan komitmen organisasi (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah guru SMK Negeri 11 Bandung sebanyak 43 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa gaji berada pada kategori tinggi, kepuasan kerja berada pada kategori cukup tinggi, dan komitmen organisasi di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa gaji dan kepuasan kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. --- The research was conducted in State Vocational School of 11 Bandung. The problem to be studied in this research is organizational commitment for honorary teachers which is not optimal. Focus of this study is directed on the factors affecting organizational commitment. Salary and job satisfaction is a factor expected to have an influence on the teachers’ organizational commitment. Therefore, the study examines three variables: Salary (X1), job satisfaction (X2) and organizational commitment (Y). This study used survey method. The data was collected using questionnaires. The respondents were 43 teachers of State Vocational School of 11 Bandung. Data were analyzed by using regression analysis. The result showed that the salary was on high category, job satisfaction was on fairly high category, and organizational commitment in Vocational School of 11 Bandung was on fairly high category. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it has been obtained that salary and job satisfactions, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment.
