Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pendekatan project based learning terhadap kreativitas dan keterampilan gerak peserta didik sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain pretest posttest control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas V SDN Majalengka Kulon 3 sebanyak 35 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling yang kemudian dibagi kedalam dua kelompok dengan cara random (acak). sejumlah 18 orang untuk kelompok eksperimen (menggunakan pendekatan project based learning) dan 17 orang kelompok kontrol (menggunakan pmbelajaran langsung). Waktu penelitian yaitu selama 1,5 bulan, jumlah pertemuan 16 kali pertemuan, dengan frekuensi 3 kali per minggu. Untuk mengukur kreativitas menggunakan instrumen kreativitas serta untuk mengukur keterampilan gerak menggunakan tes motor ability untuk sekolah dasar. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah (1) Tidak terdapat pengaruh pendekatan project based learning terhadap kreativitas peserta didik. (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran langsung terhadap kreativitas peserta didik. (3) Kreativitas peserta didik dengan pendekatan project based learning lebih tinggi dibandingkan kreativitas peserta didik dengan pembelajaran langsung. (4) Terdapat pengaruh pendekatan project based learning terhadap keterampilan gerak peserta didik. (5) Terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran langsung terhadap keterampilan gerak peserta didik. (6) Serta tidak terdapat perbedaan keterampilan gerak peserta didik pada kedua kelompok tersebut. Kata kunci : project based learning, kreativitas, keterampilan gerak The Purpose of this research is to assess the influence of project-based learning approach to the creativity and motor skills of primary school students. This research use the experimental method with pre test post test control group design. The population is 35 students of V grade in SDN Majalengka Kulon 3. The sampling technique use is total sampling, then divide into two groups by random way (Random). A number of 18 students for the experimental group (using project-based learning approach) and 17 students for the control group (using direct teaching). Research has done for one and a half month, the number of meetings was 16 meetings, with a frequency 3 times a week. For measuring the creativity, research use the creativity instruments and to measure motor skills use a motor ability test for primary schools. The conclusion of this research is (1) There is no influence project-based learning approach to the creativity of learners. (2) There is no influence direct teaching to the creativity of learners. (3) the creativity of learners with project-based learning approach is higher than the creativity of learners with direct teaching. (4) There is an influence on project-based learning approach to the motor skills of learners. (5) There is an influence on direct teaching to the motor skills of learners.
