Abstract

Anak yang sudah melakukan tindak pidana akan berhadapan dengan hukum. Bagi anak yang dijatuhi pidana penjara diserahkan kepada Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak salah satunya Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Kelas II Bandung. LPKA wajib menyelenggarakan Pendidikan bagi anak berhadapan dengan hukum yang berada di lapas begitu penting sekali bagi masa depan. Tujuan dari Program Pendidikan Layanan Khusus (PLK) yakni anak dapat mengembangkan potensi dirinya, pengendalian diri, kecerdasan akhlak mulia, meninggalkan perilaku buruk yang selama ini ia telah lakukan dan tidak kembali mengulangi tindak pidana. Program PLK harus dilaksanakan berkesinambungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana perencanaan program, pelaksanaan, hambatan dan upaya menanggulangi hambatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala staf pembinaan khusus Anak, guru dan Anak. Penentuan subjek penelitian menggunakan snow ball sampling. Hasil pengolahan data penelitian diperoleh bahwa program pendidikan layanan khusus bagi anak berhadapan dengan hukum di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas II Bandung. Perencanaan guru merumuskan rencana pembelajaran seperti disekolah reguler, pelaksanaan guru lebih menekankan kepada layanan akademik sebagaimana disekolah reguler, hambatan guru kesulitan untuk menginplementasikan Program.yang sudah di rumuskan, guru melakukan kerjasama dengan instansi lain dalam menanggulangi hambatan. ;--- A child who commits a crime will deal with laws. Those who are sentenced to prison will be handed over to Institutions of Children which one of them is called Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Grade II Bandung. This institution, LPKA, is obliged to implement the education for children who deals with law of criminal act and are placed in prison, to let them understand how necessary this education for their future. The purpose of the Special Service Education Program (PLK) is to have children develop their potential, self-control, emotional spiritual quotients, to have children leave bad behaviours they have been doing, and not to repeat the criminal act. PLK program must run continuosly. This study aims at uncovering how it is to plan and implement a program, and to overcome its obstacles. The tool that is used in this study is descriptive methode with qualitative approach. The subjects in this study are Chief of LPKA, teachers and children. In determining the research subjects, snow ball sampling is used in this study. The result of data processing research is the education program with special service for children deals with LPKA Grade II Bandung. The teacher planning is to formulate the lesson plans such as in regular schools, teacher’s implementation is focus more on academic services such as in regular schools, when teachers are facing difficulties in implementing the formulated program, they will collaborate with other institute to overcome the obstacles.
