Abstract
Kurikulum muatan lokal pendidikan lingkungan hidup di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur (OKU Timur) telah diimplementasikan selama kurang lebih empat tahun. Alasan sekolah mengimplementasikan kurikulum muatan lokal pendidikan lingkungan hidup yaitu mengembangkan potensi alam yang berada di daerah serta keselarasan peserta didik dengan keberagaman suku yang ada. Akan tetapi penetapan kurikulum muatan lokal di masing-masing sekolah belum didasari analisis keilmuan kurikulum sehingga guru yang melaksanakan muatan lokal pendidikan lingkungan hidup diambil berdasarkan jam kosong. Akibatnya, implementasinya tidak terealisasikan dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai dasar pertimbangan sekolah yang melaksanakan kurikulum muatan lokal pendidikan lingkungan hidup, pemahaman guru muatan lokal terhadap pengetahuan pendidikan lingkungan hidup, pemahaman guru terhadap proses pembelajaran muatan lokal pendidikan lingkungan hidup, dan penilaian hasil belajar . Pendekatan yang digunakan yakni kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni guru muatan lokal pendidikan lingkungan hidup di Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kabupaten OKU Timur dengan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Kuesioner dihitung dengan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dasar pertimbangan sekolah dalam implementasi kurikulum muatan lokal pendidikan lingkungan hidup didasarkan pada visi misi sekolah yang mengusung pendidikan lingkungan hidup dan mengajarkan pada peserta didik untuk menjaga dan merawat lingkungan. Pemahaman guru muatan lokal terhadap pengetahuan mengenai pendidikan lingkungan hidup, proses pembelajaran, serta penilaian hasil belajar muatan lingkungan hidup telah dipahami oleh guru muatan lokal pendidikan lingkungan hidup. ;---Curriculum of environmental education as a local content in East Ogan Komering Ulu Disctrict (East OKU) has been implemented approximately for about four years. The reason why schools implementing the curriculum ofenvironmental education asa local content is to develop nature`s potential that exist in some areas and to balance students with various ethnics. However, the implementation of local content curriculum in several schools did not based on curriculum expert analysis, so that teachers who conducted local content of environmental education are only looking for the available schedule. As a result, the environmental education have not implemented well. The purposes of this research are intended to discover the information regarding basis consideration of school that implementing curriculum of environmental education as a local content, to discover teachers comprehension regarding environmental education subject and also with the result of its teaching. Descriptive quantitative method is implemented as an approach in this research. The participants involved in this research are environmental education teachers at East Ogan Komering Ulu Junior High School with all of teachers become a sample. The instruments used in this research are questionnaire and interview. The questionnaire is calculated based on percentage formulas. The result of this research showed that school`s basis consideration in the implementation of curriculum of environmental education as a local content is based on vision and mission of school that conducted the curriculum and taught students to keep and take care of their surrounding environment. The comprehension of local content teachers towards environmental education, teaching-learning process, also the grading in teaching result of environmental education subject have comprehended by the teachers of local content environmental education
