Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh imgery training terhadap hasil pukulan parking dan gate-in Woodball di UKM Woodball UPI. Pada Eksperimen ini sampel yang berjumlah 12 orang akan diberikan perlakuan lalu dilihat perbedaan setelahnya, sampel adalah anggota woodball yang baru melakukan latihan (pemula), terdapat 4 putera dan 8 puteri, kemudian sampel dibagi kedalam 2 kelompok (masing-masing 2 putera 4 puteri) yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Kedua kelompok tersebut sama-sama melakukan latihan selama 18 pertemuan, dan untuk kelompok eksperimen diberikan perlakuan berupa latihan imajeri. Instrumen yang digunakan mengadopsi Tes keterampilan Pukulan Parking dan Gate-in untuk pemula (Putu Citra & Sukadiyanto, 2015). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Paired Sample t-test. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen dan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulannya latihan imajeri memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil pukulan pariking dan gate-in woodball di UKM Woodball UPI. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya alangkah lebih baik apabila jumlah sampel lebih banyak.;---The result carried out in order to know is the effect of the result in parking and gate-in woodball exist at UKM Woodball UPI after had given a treatment by imagery training. In this experiment samples were 12 people will receive treatment and will look at the difference later, sample consist of 4 men and 8 woman. They are UKM woodball member that still beginner. This sample separate into 2 teams (aech group consist of 2 men and 4 woman) experiment and control group. These team are doing same practice for 18 meetings. But for experiment team they had additional imagery practice which doing before practice. The instrument is adopted by Putu Citra and Sukadiyanto (2015) is about the parking and gate-in swing test at woodball for beginner. The technique data analysis is paired sample t tets. The result of the research that is the effect of imagery training to the parking and gate-in woodball swing. For further research it would be better with more samples.
