Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikajidalampenelitianiniadalahbelumoptimalnyahasilbelajarsiswakelas X padamatapelajaranproduktifAdministrasiPerkantoran di SMK Swasta Se- Cimahi. Hal tersebutditandaidengannilai UAS (UjianAkhir Semester) yang belummemenuhi (KKM) kriteriakelulusan minimal yang disebabkanolehbelumterpenuhinyakompetensipedagogikdankompetensiprofesional guru.Penelitianiniterdiridaritigavariabelyaitukompetensipedagogik guru (X1), kompetensiprofesional guru (X2) danhasilbelajarsiswa (Y).Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Swasta Se-Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar kepada 38 responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru kelas X yang mengajar pada mata pelajaran produktif Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Swasta Se- Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik berada pada kategori sedang, kompetensi profesional guru berada pada kategori sedang , dan hasil belajar siswa di SMK Swasta Se-Cimahi berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional guru baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. ;--- The issue examined in this study was the students’ learning outcome of grade X in the productive subject: Office Administration in Private Vocational School in Cimahi City which is not optimal. It is characterized by the result of Final Examination which is not reach minimum mastery criteria caused by unfulfilled of pedagogical competence and professional competence of teacher. This research consists of three variables: pedagogical competence of teachers (X1), the professional competence of teachers (X2) and students’ learning outcomes (Y). This research was done in private Vocational School in Cimahi City. The method used in this study was an explanation survey method. Data were collected by using a questionnaire distributed to 38 respondents. Respondents in this study were all tenth grade teachers who teach on productive subjects Office Administration in Private Vocational School in Cimahi City. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that the pedagogic competence was in middle category, professional competence of teachers was in middle category, and the results for students at private vocational school in Cimahi City was in middle category. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it was obtained the result that pedagogical competence and professional competence of teachers either partially or simultaneously have a positive influence and significant impact on students’ learning outcomes
