Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari hasil observasi awal pada tanggal 11 Februari 2016. Terdapat masalah-masalah yang ditemukan, yaitu: siswa yang tidak peduli terhadap kebersihan di kelasnya, hal tersebut terlihat dari banyaknya sampah yang berserakan di dalam kelas sebelum dan selama pembelajaran berlangsung. oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk meningkatan kecerdasan ekologis siswa dalam pembuatan produk berbahan dasar sampah melalui model TANDUR (Tanamkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, Ulangi dan Rayakan) Pada pembelajaran IPS. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan desain Lewin menurut Elliot yang dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap pada setiap siklusnya, yaitu identifikasi masalah, memeriksa lapangan (reconnaissance), perencanaan, tindakan (act), observasi dan refleksi. Sementara teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu observasi, catatan lapangan, dan wawancara. Instrumen yang digunakan diantaranya lembar panduan observasi, catatan lapangan, lembar penilaian, pedoman wawancara dan rubrik penilaian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, model pembelajaran TANDUR (Tanamkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, Ulangi dan Rayakan) dalam hal pembuatan produk berbahan dasar sampah dapat meningkatan kecerdasan ekologis siswa. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil pelaksanaan penelitian yang dilakukan selama tiga siklus yang menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup signifikan pada setiap siklusnya. Sehingga dari penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan, bahwa model TANDUR (Tanamkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, Ulangi dan Rayakan) dalam hal pembuatan produk berbahan dasar sampah dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan ekologis siswa. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi pihak sekolah dan guru untuk dapat mengembangkan kecerdasan ekologis siswa melalui produk-produk lainnya yang ramah lingkungan;--- This research was motivated by the result of initial observation on February 11, 2016. There are problems found, namely students who do not care about the cleanliness of its class, it is be evidenced by the garbage strewn in the classroom before and during the learning takes place. Therefore, this research’s goal is to improve the ecological intelligence of students in the manufacture of products made from garbages through TANDUR model (Tanamkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, dan Rayakan) In social studies. The method used is Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) using Lewin’s design according to Elliot which is carried out in several stages at each cycle, namely problem identification, check the field (reconnaissance), planning, action, observation and reflection. While data collection techniques used in this research, namely observation, field notes, and interviews. The instruments used in this research, include observation guide sheet, field notes, assessment sheet, interview guidelines and scoring rubric. Based on the results of this research, the learning TANDUR model (Tanamkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, dan Rayakan) in the manufacture of products made from garbage can improve students' ecological intelligence. This is proven by the results of the research implementation which is conducted for three cycles which showed a significant increase in each cycle. So, from this research can be concluded that the TANDUR model (Tanamkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, dan Rayakan) in the manufacture of products made from garbage can increase students' ecological intelligence. The results could be a recommendation for schools and teachers to develop ecological intelligence of students through the other products that are environmentally friendly
