Abstract

Geographically Weighted Logistic Regression Semiparametric (GWLRS) merupakan bentuk lokal dari regresi logistik biner, dimana terdapat parameter yang dipengaruhi lokasi dan parameter yang tidak dipengaruhi lokasi. Model GWLRS digunakan untuk memodelkan pola hubungan antara variabel respon yang bersifat kategori dan variabel prediktor yang besifat kontinu, kategorik, atau kombinasi keduanya dengan memperhitungkan faktor geografis. Pada model GWLRS ini, penaksiran parameternya menggunakan pembobotan Fixed Gaussian dan Fixed Bisquare. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pembobotan mana yang terbaik antara Fixed Gaussian dan Fixed Bisquare yang digunakan dalam pemodelan kemiskinan daerah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat Tahun 2012 dengan menggunakan GWLRS, serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemiskinan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh bahwa pembobotan terbaik adalah pembobotan yang memiliki nilai AIC_C paling kecil, yaitu pembobotan Fixed Gaussian. Pemodelan dengan menggunakan GWLRS dengan pembobot terbaik terhadap studi kasus kemiskinan daerah kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat, variabel Rata-rata Lama Sekolah (RRLS) yang bersifat lokal berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di 17 kabupaten dan 9 kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Sedangkan variabel yang bersifat global yaitu Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT), Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja (TPAK), dan Angka Melek Huruf (AMH) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemiskinan daerah kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Geographically Weighted Logistic Regression Semiparametric (GWLRS) is a local form of binary logistic regression, where there are parameters that are influenced by location and the parameters are not influenced by location. GWLRS model is used to modelling the relationship between the pattern of response variables which are categorical and predictor variables which are continuous, categorical, or combination of both to take into account the geographical factor. In this GWLRS model, valuation parameters using weighting of Fixed Gaussian and Fixed Bisquare. The purpose of this study are to determine which the best weighting between Fixed Gaussian and Fixed Bisquare are used in modelling the poverty districts/cities in West Java Province 2012 by using GWLRS, and to determine the factors that have effect on poverty. Based on the analysis, found that the best weighting is the weighting that has the smallest AIC_C value, that is weighting Fixed Gaussian. Modelling using GWLRS with the best weighted against poverty case district and city in West Java Province, a variable that is local namely Mean Years School (RRLS) has effect on poverty in 17 districts and 9 cities in West Java Province. While the variables those are global, namely Unemployment Rate (TPT), Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), and Literacy Rate (AMH) do not effect on poverty district and city in West Java Province.
