Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan metode pembelajaran Jigsaw dan NHT terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan variabel moderator motivasi belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Mande. Penelitian ini merupakan kuasi eksperimen, desain faktorial 3x3. Sampel terdiri dari 2 kelas eksperimen, yaitu kelas X1, X2, dan 1 kelas kontrol (pembanding) yaitu kelas X3. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan Program SPSS versi 20.0 untuk: (1) menganalisis t-test; (2) menganalisis desain faktorial dengan uji ANOVA. Hasil penelitian: (1) tidak terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada kelas metode Jigsaw dan Ceramah Bervariasi; (2) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada kelas metode NHT dan Ceramah Bervariasi; (3) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada kelas metode Jigsaw dan NHT; (4) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada kelas metode Jigsaw antara siswa yang memiliki motivasi tinggi, sedang, dan rendah; (5) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada kelas metode NHT antara siswa yang memiliki motivasi tinggi, sedang, dan rendah; (6) terdapat interaksi antara metode Jigsaw dan NHT dengan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.;--- This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Jigsaw and NHT learning methods to students’ critical thinking skills with motivation as moderator variables on economics subject in class X SMA Negeri 1 Mande. This study is a quasi-experimental, 3x3 factorial design. The sample consisted of two experimental classes, namely class X1, X2, and a control class (comparison) is class X3. Data analysis was performed with the aid of SPSS version 20.0 for: (1) analyze the t-test; (2) analyzing a factorial design with ANOVA test. The results of study: (1) there is no difference in the ability of critical thinking in the Jigsaw and conventional method class; (2) there are differences in critical thinking skills in the NHT and conventional method class; (3) there are differences in critical thinking skills in the Jigsaw and NHT method class; (4) there are differences in critical thinking skills in the Jigsaw method class between students who have high, medium, and low motivation; (5) there are differences in critical thinking skills in the NHT method class between students who have high, medium, and low motivation; (6) there is interaction between Jigsaw, NHT method, and motivation to students' critical thinking skills.
