    Abstract

    Teknologi hadir dengan dampak positif yang diberikan juga bersamaan dengan dampak negatifnya. Salah satu dampak negatif dari penggunaan teknologi adalah banyak siswa membawa smartphone ke sekolah, padahal guru tidak mengizinkan. Hanya sedikit dari mereka yang menggunakan smartphone dalam pembelajaran. Pada materi makhorijul huruf, selain siswa sulit menentukan tempat keluarnya (makhroj) huruf, siswa juga sulit menghafal makhroj 28 huruf hijaiyah. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun multimedia pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Android model Picture and Picture untuk meningkatkan daya ingat siswa. Model pembelajaran Picture and Picture artinya pembelajaran memanfaatkan gambar dan diurutkan menjadi urutan logis sehingga siswa lebih mudah menghafal materi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Multimedia dirancang dengan menganalisis kebutuhan, membuat flowchart dan storyboard, kemudian multimedia dibangun dan dilakukan pengujian dengan blackbox testing, serta melakukan validasi kepada ahli, 2) metode pembelajaran berbasis Android model Picture and Picture lebih efektif dapat meningkatkan daya ingat siswa, 3) respon siswa terhadap multimedia dikategorikan “sangat baik”.;---The existence of technology undeniably promotes positive as well as negative impacts. One of the negative impacts of the use of technology is a huge number of students bringing smartphones to the school. In fact, it is obvious that the teacher forbid the students to bring smartphones to the school. Moreover, only a few students use smartphones in learning processes. During the delivery of Makhorijul Huruf materials, the students, not only, have difficulties in determining the places of articulation, they also face the same obstacles in memorizing the 28 Hijaiyah letters. In order to overcome this problem, this study aims at designing and establishing interactive learning multimedia based on Android, Picture and Picture, to improve students’ memory. Picture and Pictures learning model is a learning process using pictures and sorted into a logical sequence. As a result, the students can easily memorize the materials. The results of this study covered 1) Multimedia was designed by analyzing the needs, creating flowchart and storyboard, establishing multimedia and testing using blackbox testing as well as performing validity processes by the experts, 2) learning method based on Android, Picture and Picture Model could more effectively improve the students’ memory, 3) the responses of the students were categorized ”excellent”.
