    Abstract

    Perubahan KTSP ke kurikulum 2013 menuntut adanya perubahan pola pembelajaran di sekolah, dengan perubahan kurikulum siswa diharapkan dapat mengembangkan kemampuan dalam setiap aspek pembelajaran. IPA menuntut siswa tidak hanya mampu menguasai konsep, akan tetapi menuntut siswa untuk mampu mengembangkan sikap ilmiah melalui proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penguasaan konsep dan sikap ilmiah dari siswa yang belajar dengan menerapkan KTSP dan kurikulum 2013 pada pembelajaran IPA materi Sumber Daya Alam. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan teknik purposive sampling, dengan sampel dua SD yang menggunakan KTSP dan dua SD Kurikulum 2013. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes penguasaan konsep berbentuk pilihan ganda, inventori sikap ilmiah melalui proses analisis proses pembelajaran menggunakan videograph, dan angket sikap ilmiah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis nilai rata-rata persentase penguasaan konsep siswa SD yang menerapkan kurikulum 2013 lebih besar daripada KTSP. Berdasarkan data yang terkumpul dengan menggunakan angket persentase siswa yang memberikan respon positif terhadap kebiasaan sikap ilmiah siswa SD yang menerapkan kurikulum 2013 lebih besar daripada KTSP. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil inventori sikap ilmiah lebih sering muncul dalam proses pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 daripada KTSP. ; The changes of curriculum from KTSP to the curriculum 2013 demanding a change in the pattern of learning in schools, with the curriculum changes students are expected to develop skills in every aspect of learning. IPA requires students not only capable of mastering the concept, but requires students to be able to develop a scientific attitudes through a learning process. This study aims to knowing the mastery of concepts and scientific attitudes of students who learn by applying KTSP and the curriculum 2013 on science learning with the subject is Natural Resources. The research design used in this study was qualitatively descriptive method and purposive sampling techniques, the design consist of two elementary schools which using KTSP and two elementary school which using Curriculum 2013. The instrument used in the tests mastery of the concept is multiple choice, the inventory of scientific attitudes by analysis the learning process using videograph, and questionnaires scientific attitudes. Based on the analysis of the average percentage of students, the mastery of concept from curriculum 2013 is greater than the KTSP. Based on data collected by using questionnaires percentage of students responded positively to his habitual scientific curriculum of elementary school students in 2013 is greater than the KTSP. While based the results of the inventory scientific attitude appears more frequently in the process of learning the curriculum in 2013 than KTSP.
