Abstract

Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuihubunganantarakemampuan interpersonal guru denganketerampilansosialanaktamankanak-kanak di Kecamatan Bandung Kulon. Penelitianinimenggunakanmetodekorelasional.Subjekpenelitianberjumlah 30 orang guru dan 200 orang anak.Teknikpengumpulan data dalampenelitianini, yaitumelaluiangket yang berisikemampuan interpersonal guru danangketketerampilansosialanaktamankanak-kanak. Teknikanalisis data yang digunakannadalahanalisisvalidasi, reliabilitas, analisiskorelasi, danpenarikankesimpulan.Hasilpenelitianmenunjukan 90% kemampuan interpersonal guru dalamkategoritinggidan 10% kemampuan interpersonal guru dalamkategorisedang, dansebanyak 52,5% keterampilansosialanakdalamkategoritinggi, 44,5% dalamkategorisedang, dan 3% dalamkategorikurang. Besarnyakorelasiantarakeduanyasebesar 0,141 dengannilai sig 0,457 sehinggadapatdisimpulkantidakterdapathubungan yang signifikanantarakemampuan interpersonal guru denganketerampilansosialanaktamankanak-kanak. Rekomendasiuntuk guru diharapkan lebih memperhatikankemampuanasertif guru terhadapanak. Kata Kunci: kemampuaninterpersonal guru, keterampilan sosial anak taman kanak-kanak;--- This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher interpersonal skills with the social skills of children of kindergarten in the district of Bandung Kulon. This study uses correlational. Subject of the study were 30 teachers and 200 children. Data collection techniques in this study, namely through a questionnaire containing the interpersonal skills of teachers and social skills questionnaire kindergarten children. Digunakann Data analysis is the analysis of validation, reliability, correlation analysis, and conclusion. The results showed 90% interpersonal skills of teachers in the high category and 10% interpersonal skills of teachers in the medium category, and as much as 52.5% of social skills of children in the high category, 44.5% in the medium category, and 3% in the poor category. The magnitude of the correlation between the two amounted to 0.141 with sig 0.457 so that we can conclude there is no significant relationship between teacher interpersonal skills with social skills of kindergarten children. Recommendations for teachers expected more attention to the ability of assertive teachers against children.
