Abstract
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini mengenai belum optimalnya minat belajar siswa di SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung. Beberapa faktor yang diduga menyebabkan belum optimalnya minat belajar siswa tersebut adalah manajemen kelas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai manajemen kelas, memperoleh gambaran mengenai minat belajar siswa, dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari manajemen kelas terhadap minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu manajemen kelas (X) dan minat belajar siswa (Y). Variabel manajemen kelas menggunakan dimensi perencanaan kurikulum, pengorganisasian proses belajar mengajar dan pengaturan lingkungan. Variabel minat belajar siswa menggunakan dimensi ketertarikan untuk belajar, perhatian dalam belajar dan motivasi belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran angket menggunakan model skala likert. Responden penelitian ini yaitu 96 siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa manajemen kelas berada pada kategori cukup efektif dan minat belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa manajemen kelas berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: manajemen kelas, minat belajar siswa An issue that is examined in this study is not optimal of students' learning interest in SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung. One of several factors hyphothesized the problem is the classroom management. The goal of this study is to obtain a description of the classroom management, to get the illustration of the students' learning interest, and to determine whether there is effect of classroom management to the students' learning interest. This study consists of two variables: classroom management (X) and the students' learning interest (Y). Variable of classroom management uses the dimension of curriculum planning, the organization of learning process also environmental setting. The Variable of students' learning interest uses the dimension of learning interest, learning attention and learning motivation. The method that is used in this research is survey method. The data is collected by distributing a questionnaire which used the likert model scale. The participants are 96 students of administrative office grade XI in SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung. Simple linear regression is used in analyzing the data in this study. Based on the result of the study, it is found that classroom management is in the category of quite effective and students' learning interest is in the medium level. From the results of the hypothesis test, it is found that classroom management has effect to the students' learning interest. Keywords: classroom management, students’ learning interest
