Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dalam mengevaluasi kinerja pengajar program General English dengan menggunakan metode SMARTER dan TOPSIS. Metode SMARTER digunakan untuk menentukan bobot dari masing-masing kriteria, dan metode TOPSIS digunakan sebagai perhitungan perangkingan pengajar. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data kriteria dan data nilai pengajar. Data kriteria dan nilai pengajar tersebut didapatkan dari Laporan Kepuasan Pelanggan yang ada di Balai Bahasa UPI. Sedangkan untuk prioritas kriteria didapatkan dari hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada peserta pelatihan program General English. Pada pengujian akurasi, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode SMARTER-TOPSIS memiliki error rate sebesar 76%. Sedangkan untuk stabilitas, metode SMARTER-TOPSIS 90% stabil. Berdasarkan hasil angket, 4 dari 5 orang pihak manajerial Balai Bahasa UPI lebih memilih hasil perangkingan dengan metode SMARTER dan TOPSIS daripada dengan cara manual.;---This research have purpose for implementing decision support system for choosing General English program teacher using SMARTER and TOPSIS method. SMARTER method are used for determining weight of each criterion, where TOPSIS method are used for calculate teacher rank. The data used in this research consisted of criteria and lecturer score for each criterion. Both data are obtained from UPI Language Center Customer Satisfaction Report. Priority of criteria decided based on questionaire response from General English Program students. On accuracy aspect, the research shows that SMARTER-TOPSIS method has 76% error rate. This research also shows that SMARTER and TOPSIS method has 90% stability. Based on questionaire, 4 from 5 Balai Bahasa UPI’s management choose teacher’s rank from SMARTER and TOPSIS method rather than manual.
