Abstract

Pada hakikatnya pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia terutama menulis puisi diarahkan untuk mempertajam kepekaan perasaan siswa. Guru dituntut mampu memotivasi siswa agar mereka tertarik terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia, khususnya dalam keterampilan menulis. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pembelajaran menulis di sekolah terletak pada cara guru dalam mengajarkan pembelajaran menulis yang cenderung lebih mengajarkan teori menulis daripada mengajarkan keterampilan menulis. Penelitian ini diawali dengan permasalahan: 1) bagaimana kemampuan menulis puisi di kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model image streaming?; 2) bagaimana kemampuan menulis puisi di kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode langsung?; 3) apakah ada perbedaan kemampuan menulis puisi di kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol? Adapun hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya perbedaan dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi di kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model image streaming dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode langsung. Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah kuasi eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelompok subjek penelitian, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Lembang dengan sampel kelas X MIA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X MIA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Sampel dari masing-masing kelas sebanyak 40 siswa. Tahapan penelitian antara lain mengidentifikasi masalah, melakukan pretest, memberikan perlakuan sebanyak tiga kali, dan melakukan posttest dengan hasil puisi. Adapun alat ukur yang dijadikan ukuran keberhasilan model image streaming yaitu hasil menulis puisi siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam menulis puisi sebelum mendapat perlakuan dengan menggunakan model image streaming di kelas eksperimen memiliki rata-rata skor sebesar 69 dan sesudah mendapat perlakuan skor rata-rata menjadi 82,5. Untuk kelas kontrol memperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 68,27 dan posttest sebesar 71. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan terdapat perbedaan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil posttest yang dilakukan di kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dapat membuktikan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan. Kelas eksperimen yang diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan model image streaming mengalami peningkata yang sangat signifikan. Sedangkan kelas kontrol yang tidak diberikan perlakuan lebih tidak mengalami peningkatan. --- In essence, learning Indonesian write poems directed especially to sharpen the students' sentiment. Teachers are required to motivate students so that they are interested in learning the Indonesian language, especially in writing skills. Problems that occur in the teaching of writing in schools lies in the way teachers are teaching writing tends to be taught the theory of writing than teaching writing skills. This study begins with problems: 1) how the ability to write poetry in class experiments using a model image streaming ?; 2) how the ability to write poetry in grade control using a direct method ?; 3) whether there are differences in the ability to write poetry in the experimental class and control class? The hypothesis used in this study was the difference in learning to write poetry in class experiments using the model image streaming and control classes using the direct method. The research method chosen was a quasi-experimental. This study used two groups of research subjects, namely the experimental class and control class. The population in this study were students of class X SMAN 1 Lembang with samples of class X MIA 3 as an experimental class and class X MIA 4 as the control class. Samples of each class of 40 students. Stages of research, among others, identify problems, perform pretest, provide treatment three times, and did posttest with the results of poetry. The measuring instrument is used as the measure of success is the result of a model image streaming students write poetry. Based on the results of the study, showed that the students' skills in writing poetry before treated by using a model image stream in the experimental class had an average score of 69 and after receiving treatment the average score becomes 82.5. To gain control class average value of 68.27 pretest and posttest of 71. The results of hypothesis testing shows there is a difference between the experimental class and control class. Based on the results posttest conducted in the experimental class and control class can prove the existence of a significant difference. Grades given experimental treatment using the model image streaming experience very significant. While the control class is not given more treatment did not increase.
