Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Hellison terhadap Kecerdasan Emosi dan Self Efficacy siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP kelas VII (VII E dan VII F) pengambilan sampel menggunakan purosive sampling. Kelompok eksperimen diberikan perlakuan model pembelajaran Hellison dan kelompok Control dengan Direct Intruction dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Instrumen kecerdasan emosi diukur dengan menggunakan angket Kecerdasam emosi diadaptasi dari (Schutte, 1998) dan Self Efficacy diadaptasi dari (Muris, 2001) digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kecerdasan emosi dan Self Efficacy siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis paired sample t test dan independen sample t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model Hellison berpengaruh terhadap kecerdasan emosi dan self efficacy siswa, hal ini terlihat dari hasil tingkat signifikan atau nilai probabilitas yang diperoleh dari hasil uji independent sampel t test (baik untuk kecerdasan emosi maupun self efficacy) lebih kecil dari 0.05 (0.018 dan 0.005 < 0.05).Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwamodel pembelajaran Hellison dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan emosi dan self-efficacy siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani.;---The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the learning model Hellison Emotional Intelligence and Self Efficacy students. This study used an experimental method. The location was done in SMP Pasundan Rancaekek. Samples were junior high school students of class VII ( VII E and F) sampling using sampling purosive. The experimental group was given treatment and group learning model Hellison Control with Direct Intruction in teaching physical education. Instruments emotional intelligence was measured using a questionnaire adapted from the emotional intelligence (Schutte, 1998) and Self Efficacy adapted from (Muris, 2001) was used to measure the level of emotional intelligence and Self Efficacy of students in physical education. Data processing techniques using paired sample t test analysis and independent sample t test. The results showed that the model Hellison effect on emotional intelligence and self-efficacy of students, it can be seen from the results of a significant level or probability value obtained from the test of independent samples t test (for both emotional intelligence and self-efficacy) is smaller than 0.05 (0018 and 0.005> 0.05) .So it can be concluded bahwamodel Hellison learning can improve emotional intelligence and self-efficacy of students in physical education.
