Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang ditemui di lapangan, bahwa adanya siswa kelas dua yang belum mampu menguasai keterampilan membaca permulaan, yang merupakan pelajaran dasar dan kunci untuk pelajaran-pelajaran lainnya. Selanjutnya ditemukan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan guru belum dapat mengakomodasi anak yang mengalami kesulitan membaca permulaan dan tidak adanya program pembelajaran yang dipersiapkan oleh sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat program pembelajaran membaca permulaan yang mampu mengakomodasi siswa yang mengalami kesulitan membaca. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan dua tahap penelitian, tahap pertama, pendahuluan, untuk menggali kemampuan objektif siswa dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan tahap kedua, perumusan program dan uji keterlaksanaan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, display data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kondisi objektif kemampuan anak dan hasil analisis kondisi objektif pembelajaran di kelas, dirumuskanlah sebuah program pembelajaran membaca permulaan yang meliputi program perumusan perencanaan pembelajaran, dan program pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Program di validasi oleh beberapa validator dengan menggunakan teknik delphie, dan setelah divalidasi, dilaksanakan uji coba keterlaksanaan program. Dari keterlaksanaan program diperoleh hasil bahwa adanya perubahan yang terjadi pada anak yang kesulitan membaca permulaan di dalam kelas, dan perubahan positif yang terjadi pada kondisi pembelajaran membaca permulaan di kelas serta terciptanya suasana dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang memperhatikan kebutuhan siswa. Hasil dari keterlaksanaan program akan direkomendasikan kepada guru dan peneliti selanjutnya.;--- This research is based on the problem encountered in the field, that some second-grade students have not been able to master early reading skill, which is the basis and key to learn other subjects. Furthermore, this study found that the teaching-learning program conducted by the teacher has not been able to accommodate students with early reading difficulty and the absence of teaching-learning program prepared by the school. This study aims to make an early reading teaching-learning program that can accommodate students with reading difficulty. This study uses descriptive method with qualitative approach, which comprises of two stages; the first stage is preliminary stage, to explore the student’s objective ability and the implementation of teaching-learning program and the second stage is the formulation of program and implementation test. Data in this study were collected through interviews and observations. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, conclusion, and verification. Based on the analysis of student's ability objective condition and the result of classroom teaching-learning condition analysis, the program of early reading is formulated, which includes the lesson planning formulation and implementation of the learning program. This program has been validated by several validators using Delphie technique, after that the trial of program implementation was conducted.The program implementation shows some significant changes occur to students with early reading difficulty in classroom, and the positive change occurs to the early reading teaching-learning condition in classroom as well as the implementation of learning environment which addresses
