Abstract

Acara musik underground merupakan salah satu bentuk sarana bagi para musisi/seniman underground dalam menyalurkan dan melampiaskan hasrat seni yang disampaikan melalui media karya. Kebanyakan dari para penggemar musik keras ini adalah generasi muda yang cenderung memiliki sifat ingin bebas berekspresi dan memiliki rasa ingin tahu banyak, sehingga hal tersebut sering kali mendorong terjadinya konflik pada acara musik underground khususnya di Kota Sukabumi. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menekankan kepada gambaran mengenai peranan EO (Event Organizer) dan kelompok para metalhead dalam menangani konflik pada acara musik underground di kota Sukabumi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Peneliti melakukan kegiatan wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; pertama, sebagian kelompok para metalhead dan EO berupaya menangani konflik yang terjadi dengan cara mengajak para pelaku untuk menyelesaikan masalah dengan kepala dingin, mengajak secara kompromi, dan memberikan bimbingan kepada pelaku. Kedua, para pelaku yang tidak bisa diajak dengan cara kompromi diseret paksa untuk di serahkan kepada pihak aparat yang berwenang. Ketiga, para pelaku yang menjadi korban dan terluka diserahkan ke pihak medis oleh pihak EO dan para metalhead.; Underground music events is one form of a means for musicians/artists within the underground funnel and vent their passion of art conveyed through the medium of the works. Most of the fans were loud music it is the younger generation that tends to have properties like to free expression and has a lot of curiosity, so it often encourages the occurrence of conflict in underground music events particularly in the town of Sukabumi. This research used a qualitative approach that emphasizes to the reflection of the role of the EO (Event Organizer) and groups the metalhead in dealing with conflict on underground music events in the town of Sukabumi. Data collection is done with the techniques of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study. Researchers conducting in-depth interviews with some of the informants. The results showed that; First, most of the groups metalhead and EO strives to deal with conflicts in a way that invites the perpetrators to resolve the problem with a cool head, engage in compromise, and provide guidance to the offender. Secondly, the perpetrators of which could not be brought by way of a compromise dragged forced to in submit to the authorized authorities. Third, the perpetrator of the victims and injured parties are submitted to a medical by the EO and the metalhead.
