Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya ecoliteracy siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Bojong. Hal ini terlihat dari ketidakpedulian siswa terhadap tanaman yang ada di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ecoliteracy siswa dalam merawat tanaman. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut peneliti menerapkan teknik pembelajaran TANDUR (Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, Ulangi, dan Rayakan) yang merupakan bagian dari Quantum Teaching. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) menggunakan desain Kemmis dan Tagart. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Bojong yang berjumlah 22 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi, lembar wawancara, dan lembar evaluasi. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan ecoliteracy siswa dalam penghijauan teras sekolah dengan menerapkan teknik pembelajaran TANDUR meningkat. Peningkatan terjadi dari siklus I sampai dengan siklus III yang ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan berbagai aspek yaitu pengetahuan, kesadaran dan tindakan/aplikasi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik pembelajaran TANDUR dapat meningkatkan ecoliteracy siswa dalam penghijauan teras sekolah. ; Background of this research is the low ecoliteracy in fourth grade students of 2 Bojong Public Elementary School. It can be seen from students indifference to the existing plants in the school environment. This research aims to improve student ecoliteracy in care for the plants. To overcome this problem researchers applied TANDUR (Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, Ulangi, and Rayakan) learning techniques which is part of Quantum Teaching. The research was conducted by Class Action Research method (PTK) using Kemmis design and Tagart. Research subjects are 22 students in fourth grade of 2 Bojong Public Elementary School. The instruments used are observation, interview and evaluation sheets. General result in the research show us that students ecoliteracy in greening of school terrace by apply TANDUR learning techniques is increase. The increase occurred from first to third cycle shown by the increase in the various aspects, namely knowledge, awareness and action/application. It can be concluded that the technique can improve students ecoliteracy in greening of school terrace.
