Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan pariwisata yang belum didukung oleh fasilitas wisata yang memadai. Fokus penelitian ini mengkaji tentang analisis tanggapan kepuasan pengunjung, yakni important dan performance terhadap fasilitas wisata di Kawasan Industri Kreatif Cibaduyut. Melalui enam indikator fasilitas, penelitian ini menganalisis kepuasan pengunjung mengenai fasilitas 1) Akomodasi, 2) Makan dan Minum, 3) Sanitasi, 4) Aksesibilitas, 5) Fasilitas Aktif, 6) Fasilitas Penunjang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengunjung melalui tanggapan kepentingan dan kinerja fasilitas wisata. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Kemudian untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengunjung, maka data diolah dengan menggunakan metode important performance analysis (IPA). Output dari metode IPA yaitu berupa Diagram Kartesius yang mempunyai empat kuadran skala prioritas. Hasil dari penelitian yang mempunyai skala prioritas penanganan utama adalah kesesuaian tempat makan, kebersihan lingkungan kawasan, ketersediaan tempat sampah, kemudahan mencapai lokasi, kesesuaian fungsi trotoar, kenyamanan berjalan di trotoar, ketersediaan area parkir, keteraturan tempat parkir. Kemudian meskipun indikator yang lain tidak masuk dalam skala prioritas penanganan utama, namun harus tetap diperhatikan yakni ketersediaan akomodasi, ketersediaan toilet yang memadai, fasilitas komunikasi, tempat makan yang nyaman, kondisi jalan umum, ketersediaan penunjuk jalan, papan informasi, kelengkapan ATM, pos keamanan dan pos informasi, money changer, tempat ibadah, main gate. Sebagai upaya peningkatan kepuasan bagi para pengunjung, maka hal yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan mengelola dan mengembangkan fasilitas wisata yang ada di Kawasan Industri Kreatif Cibaduyut.; This research stimulated by development of tourism which has not been supported by inadequate of tourism facilities. The focus of this research is analysis of visitor satisfaction responses to tourism facilities, which is to analyze the important and performance of tourism facilities that available at Industrial Creative Area of Cibaduyut. Through the six variables of facilities, this research is analyze of visitor satisfaction regarding 1) Accomodation, 2) Food and Beverage, 3) Sanitation, 4) Accessibility, 5) Active Facilities, 6) Supporting Facilities. The purpose of this research to analyze the important performance (visitor satisfaction) of tourism facilities. This research involved 100 respondens. The method in this research use descriptive analytical by using quantitative data and the research instrument using the technique of data collection questionnaire. Then to determine visitor satisfaction, the data is processed using the method of important performance analysis (IPA). The output of important performance analysis method is Cartesius Diagram which has four quadrants priorities. The result of research that has main priority handling scale, ther are availability of suitable restaurant, environmental cleanliness, availability of trash, easy of access the location, suitability function of pavement, comfortability of pavement, availability of parking areas, regularity of parking areas. Then, although another indicators are not included in the main priority handling scale, but it should still be handled, there are availability of accomodations, toilets, and communication facilities, availability of comfortable restaurant, condition of main road, availability of sign posts, board information, completeness of ATM, security post and portal information, money changer, and place of worship, amonument shoes as the main gate of Cibaduyut. As an effort to increase visitor satisfaction, then things to do by managing and develop the existing tourism facilities at Industrial Creative Area of Cibaduyut.
