Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi UPI. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi UPI. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Purposive Sampling. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 373 mahasiswa dan sampel sebanyak 38 mahasiswa. Data motivasi belajar dan kesiapan kerja menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi UPI diperoleh dengan menyebarkan angket penelitian motivasi belajar dan kesiapan kerja menjadi guru dengan menggunakan format checklist. Data motivasi belajar dan kesiapan kerja menjadi guru dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan uji determinasi dan uji t. Berdasarkan analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment, dapat diketahui bahwa motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi UPI. Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar memberikan pengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja menjadi guru sebesar 58,52 %. Hasil uji t menunjukkan dari pengujian hipotesis diperoleh thitung = 7,1270 > ttabel = 1,68830, dengan α=0,05, maka H0 ditolak, dan Ha diterima yang berarti motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja menjadi guru Saran bagi dosen, dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa sehingga ketika mahasiswa calon guru ini terjun ke lapangan, mahasiswa akan siap untuk melakukan profesi guru. Selain itu, bagi mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar di bangku perkuliahan terutama indikator terrendah dari motivasi belajar yaitu adanya keinginan untuk berhasil yang dimiliki mahasiswa tersebut, sehingga kesiapan mahasiswa untuk bekerja sebagai seorang guru dapat meningkat serta menyiapkan diri untuk dapat bekerja sebagai guru profesional. This research aims to find out the influence of motivation to learn to work readiness to be a teacher on Students of Accounting Education UPI. The population of this research is the entire Accounting Education student UPI. The sampling techniques used is purposive sampling. The amount of the population in this research is 370 students and sample as many as 38 students. Motivation to learn data and work readiness to become teachers on Students Accounting Education UPI obtained by distributing questionnaires research motivation to learn and work readiness to become teacher using a checklist format. Motivation to learn data and work readiness to become teachers analyzed using normalitas tests with the help of SPSS 21. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of correlation Pearson Product Moment with test of determination and test t. Based on the analysis of correlation Pearson Product Moment, it can be noted that the positive effect of learning motivation towards work readiness to become a teacher in the student accounting education UPI. Determination of test result indicates that the motivation of learning gives influence on work readiness to become a teacher of 58.52%. Test results showed t of hypothesis testing retrieved tcalculate = 7.1270 > t table = 1.68830, with α = 0.05, then H0 is rejected, and the Ha received the influential positive learning motivation means significantly to work as a teacher preparedness advice for lecturers, can enhance the capabilities and skills to teach students so that when a student teacher this foray into the field, students will be ready to do the teaching profession. In addition, it can increase the motivation for students studying on the bench a lower indicators primarily lecture from the motivation of learning i.e. the existence of a desire to succeed that owned the student, so that the readiness of students to work as a teacher can be increased as well as prepare themselves to be able to work as a professional teacher.
