Abstract

Penelitian tentang perbandingan siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning dengan model pembelajaran Challenge Inquiry terhadap hasil belajar di kelas X Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL) pada mata diklat Dasar Pengukuran Listrik (DPL) di SMK N 4 Bandung ini bertujuan untuk melihat ada tidaknya perbedaan yang signifikan pada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebelum diberikan perlakuan dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan yakni berupa kedua model pembelajaran tersebut. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dilihat dalam bentuk hasil tes yang diberikan sebanyak dua kali, yaitu test awal (pretest) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal siswa sebelum diberikan perlakuan dan test akhir (posttest) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar setelah diberikan perlakuan. Dari penelitian ini didapat kesimpulan yaitu tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa baik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning maupun model pembelajaran Challenge Inquiry. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan uji hipotesis t dua pihak bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar antara kedua kelompok sampel tersebut. Hasil perhitungan thitung sebesar -1,142 yang berarti kurang dari ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan derajat kebebasan (dk) 64 sebesar 1,997 sehingga pada akhir perhitungan didapat kesimpulan bahwa H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak atau bisa dikatakan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning dengan siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Challenge Inquiry. ; Research about the comparison students who use contextual teaching and learning, with challenge inquiry learning model of the results of the study Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL) in class X on lecture Dasar Pengukuran Listrik (DPL) in SMK N 4 Bandung, this aims to look is there any significant difference to the increase in learning outcomes students before given treatment and after treatment given in the form of both the kind of model learning. The increase in learning outcomes seen in the form of test results, the student has given two test, first test ( pretest ) that seeks to capture ability students before it was given treatment, and the second test ( posttest ) which aims to find out the increase in learning outcomes after given treatment . From this research obtained conclusion that there is no significant differences in improving study results students with use the contextual teaching and learning or challenge inquiry model learning. Technique data processing using the hypothesis t two parties that there has been increasing study results between the two groups of these sample. The calculation on t count of -1,142 which means less than t table the first significance 5% with degrees freedom ( df ) 64 of 1,997 so at the end calculation obtained the conclusion that h0 received and h1 is rejected or it can be said that there is no significant difference between students who use contextual teaching and learning with students who use challenge inquiry.
