Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memperoleh gambaran empiris mengenai: 1) Pengaruh norma subyektif terhadap sikap personal wirausaha siswa SMK; 2) Pengaruh norma subyektif terhadap persepsi kontrol perilaku wirausaha siswa SMK; 3) Pengaruh sikap personal, norma subyektif, dan persepsi kontrol perilaku terhadap intensi kewirausahaan siswa SMK. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Explanatory Survey Method dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan tipe penelitian verifikatif. Responden sebagai sampel penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMK berjumlah 345 orang berasal dari 21 SMK di UPTD Wilayah 1 Kabupaten Bandung yang diambil secara proporsional. Hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran bahwa (1) sikap personal berada pada kategori tinggi, (2) norma subyektif berada pada kategori tinggi, (3) persepsi kontrol perilaku berada pada kategori tinggi, (4) intensi kewirausahaan berada pada kategori tinggi, (5) sikap personal dipengaruhi secara positif oleh norma subyektif, (6) persepsi kontrol perilaku dipengaruhi secara positif oleh norma subyektif , (7) intensi kewirausahaan dipengaruhi positif oleh sikap personal dan persepsi kontrol perilaku sedangkan norma subyektif berpengaruh negatif terhadap intensi kewirausahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hendaknya pihak sekolah dapat bekerja sama dengan orang tua siswa untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan sehingga tujuan pembelajaran yang ditetapkan dapat tercapai terutama dalam upaya menumbuhkan intensi kewirausahaan siswa. Sedangkan, bagi pemerintah diharapkan dapat menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai guna pengembangan ide usaha siswa SMK berupa kemudahan akses atau izin mengadakan pameran, membangun ruang workshop yang memadai, mengadakan bimbingan dan pengawasan terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran kewirausahaan di sekolah secara rutin, menyelenggarakan pameran serta memberikan bantuan modal usaha bagi siswa. The respondents, as the samples in this research are the students of Vocational School. There are 345 students from 21 Vocational Schools in UPTD regional 1 of Bandung District which are taken proportionally. The result of the research describes that (1) the personal attitude is on high category, (2) the subjective norm is on high category, (3) the behavior control perception is on high category, (4) the entrepreneurial intention is on high category, (5) the personal attitude is positively influenced by subjective norm, (6) behavior control perception is positively influenced by subjective norm, and (7) entrepreneurial intention positively influenced by personal attitude and behavior control perception. Otherwise, subjective norm negatively influences the entrepreneurial intention. Based on the result of this research, school stakeholder is expectedly worked together with the parents to increase the quality of entrepreneurship education, in order to achieve the objective of the study and to arise the intention of entrepreneurship in students themselves. Meanwhile, the government is expected to give infrastructure and equipments for the entrepreneur development by the students. The government also can support them by giving an easy access and approval to organize an exhibition, building a full equipped workshop room, giving a guidance and monitoring for the entrepreneur learning activity in school, conducting an exhibition for the students, and giving a funding for them.
