Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru dan gaya belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa, karena hasil penelitian awal menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI Jurusan IIS di SMAN 1 Pusakanagara Kabupaten Subang tahun ajaran 2014-2015 dilihat dari hasil UAS tidak mencapai KKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey eksplanatory, dengan jumlah Sampel 95 siswa dari total populasi sebanyak 124 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu proporsional random sampling sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru dan gaya belajar siswa berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi.

This study aims to determine the influence of pedagogical competence of teachers and students' learning styles to student learning, because the results of early studies show that student learning outcomes on economic subjects in class XI SMAN 1 Department IIS Pusakanagara Subang Regency 2014-2015 school year is seen from the UAS not reached KKM. The method used in this research is explanatory survey, the number of samples were 95 students of a total population of 124 students. Sampling technique that is proportional random sampling, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the pedagogical competence of teachers and students' learning styles positive effect on student learning outcomes in economic subjects.
