Abstract

Penelitian ini terfokus pada pembangunan karakter tanggung jawab melalui ekstrakurikuler Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere di SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung. Peran dari kegiatan ekstrakurikuler diharapkan dapat memperkuat pembangunan karakter siswa untuk memiliki karakter tanggung jawab. Grand Theory yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori Lickona (1991, hlm. 56) tentang pendidikan karakter adalah usaha sengaja (sadar) untuk membantu manusia memahami, peduli, dan melaksanakan nilai-nilai etika. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa: 1). Ekstrakurikuler Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere memiliki program kegiatan yang membangun siswa di SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung untuk memiliki karakter tanggung jawab. 2). Kegiatan yang dimiliki oleh ekstrakurikuler Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere yang dijadikan sebagai sarana pembangun karakter tanggung jawab yakni kegiatan OA (official account) yang dibuat di media sosial Line, Kajian Keislaman Mingguan, Pembuatan Mading (majalah dinding), Mentoring Keislaman, Mabit, Rihlah, Gerakan Jujur (GJ), SIIR (Study Intensif Islam Ramadhan), dan Pemotongan Hewan Qurban. 3). Faktor pendukung yaitu pihak sekolah yang selalu mendukung terlaksananya ekstrakurikuler Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere, minat dan respon siswa yang baik terhadap ekstrakurikuler Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere ini, dukungan dari orang tua siswa anggota ekstrakurikuler Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere yang selalu mendukung serta mengizinkan anaknya untuk mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere, kerjasama dan koordinasi yang terjalin baik dengan organisasi diluar sekolah yang mendukung terlaksananya kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere dan faktor penghambat yaitu terbaginya lokasi sekolah SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung, kurang maksimalnya peran pembina ekstrakurikuler Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere, kurang baiknya koordinasi antara pembina dengan anggota ekstrakurikuler Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere yang menyebabkan kurang rapinya administrasi ekstrakurikuler Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere. 4). kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembangunan karakter tanggung jawab dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere yaitu sarana yang terbatas, perizinan kegiatan yang sulit dan lama, sulitnya mencari dana untuk kegiatan yang memerlukan dana yang cukup besar, tidak adanya pelatih tetap untuk ekstrakurikuler Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere ini, dan banyaknya kajian-kajian diluar sekolah yang dapat mempengaruhi siswa untuk ikut dalam aliran ajaran Islam yang menyimpang. Jadi, hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa kegiatan ektrakulikuler Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere di SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung sudah berjalan dengan baik dalam membangun karakter tanggung jawab. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, ekstrakurikuler Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere dapat membangun karakter tanggung jawab siswa. Kata Kunci : Karakter Tanggung Jawab, Ekstrakurikuler Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere This study focused on character development through extracurricular responsibilities Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere Alfa Centauri High School in Bandung. The role of extracurricular activities is expected to strengthen the character development of students to have the character of responsibility. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collected through interview, observation and documentation study. Based on the results of the study revealed that: 1). Extracurricular Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere has a program of activities that build Alfa Centauri High School students in Bandung to have the character of responsibility. 2). Activities that are owned by extracurricular Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere is used as a means builders of character responsibility of the activities of OA (official account) created in social media Line, Study Keislaman Weekly, Manufacture Mading (bulletin), Mentoring Islamic, mabit, Rihlah, Movement Honest (GJ), siir (Intensive Study of Islam Ramadan), and slaughtering Qurban. 3). Factors supporting that school who always support the implementation of extracurricular Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere, interest and response good students to extracurricular Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere this, support from parents, members of extracurricular Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere is always supportive and allowed her to participate in extracurricular activities Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere , cooperation and coordination that exists both with organizations outside the school who support the implementation of extracurricular activities Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere and inhibiting factors, namely the division of the location of the high school Alfa Centauri Bandung, less the maximum role of formators extracurricular Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere, lack of good coordination between coaches with members of extracurricular Centaurian Moeslem atmosphere that cause less neat extracurricular administration Centaurian Moeslem atmosphere. 4). obstacles encountered in the development of the character of responsibility in extracurricular activities Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere ie limited means, licensing activities that are difficult and time consuming, difficult to find funds for activities that require substantial funds, absence of a permanent instructor for extracurricular Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere this, and many studies outside of school that may affect the flow of students to participate in deviant Islamic teachings. Thus, it is demonstrated that the activity ektrakulikuler Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere Alfa Centauri High School in Bandung already well underway in building the character of responsibility. Based on these results, extracurricular Centaurian Moeslem Atmosphere can build the character of the student's responsibility.
