Abstract
Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh data tentang : (1) gambaran umum konsep diri anak kelompok B, (2) upaya yang dilakukan guru dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam menanamkan konsep diri anak kelompok B, (3) mengetahui evaluasi dan tindakan konsep diri anak kelompok B TK Laboratorium Percontohan UPI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Instrumen pada penelitian adalah observasi konsep diri anak kelompok B, dan wawancara guru kelas B. Format observasi yang disusun dan dipergunkan dengan penilaian anak BB (Belum Berkembang), MB (Mulai Berkembang), BSH ( Berkembang Sesuai Harapan). Subjek penelitian adalah sebanyak 16 anak dari kelompok B TK Laboratorium Percontohan UPI tahun ajaran 2014/ 2015. Konsep diri merupakan pandangan individu terhadap dirinya dan bagaimana cara individu menyikapi individu lain memandang dirinya Kesimpulan hasil penelitian adalah semua siswa anak kelompok B TK Laboratorium Percontohan UPI memiliki pandangan yang positif pada aspek fisik, psikis, dan kesikapan Upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam menanamkan konsep diri positif pada anak kelompok B TK Laboratorium Percontohan UPI adalah melalui komunikasi interpersonal antara guru dan siswa.Kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam menanamkan konsep diri positif anak kelompok B TK Laboratorium Percontohan UPI adalah sikap anak yang tidak bisa pisah dari orang tua, dan sikap malu anak yang membuatnya tidak bisa bersosialisasi dengan teman- temannya. Kata kunci: Konsep Diri, anak kelompok B, TK Laboratorium Percontohan UPI The research was done with the purpose to obtain data about: (1) A general picture of the concept of self child group b (2) the efforts of teachers and obstacles encountered in instilling self-concept of children in group B (3) know the concept of self-evaluation and action kindergarten children in group B of Laboratory UPI. The method used is descriptive method. Instruments in the study was the observation of self-concept of children in group B, and B grade teacher interviews. Format observations were compiled and used with BB child assessment (undeveloped), MB (Start Developing), BSH (According Evolving Expectations). Subjects were as many as 16 children from kindergarten group B school UPI academic year 2014/2015. The self concept is an individual view of him and how individuals respond to other individuals perceive themselves. Conclusion The results of the study were all students kindergarten children in group B of Laboratory school UPI have a positive outlook on the physical, psychological, and attitude. Efforts made in the teachers instill a positiveself-concept in children kindergarten group B of Laboratory School UPI is through interpersonal communication between teachers and students. Constraints faced by teachers in instilling a positive self-concept of children in group B Kindergarten of Laboratory school UPI is attitude that can not be separated children from their parents, and attitude made him shy child can not socialize with her friends.
