Abstract
DPTM FPTK UPI sebagai lembaga yang bertugas menyiapkan tenaga pendidik untuk sekolah khususnya SMK, sudah seharusnya memahami kondisi dan perkembangan yang ada di SMK, salah satu caranya adalah dengan membuat pemetaan materi pembelajaran pada kompetensi yang sama, seperti materi kompetensi keahlian teknik kendaraan ringan (TKR) yang ada di SMK dengan materi mata kuliah keahlian (MKK) otomotif yang sama-sama mempelajari teknologi kendaraan ringan, namun selama ini belum dilakukan pemetaan materi dan relevansinya. Dunia SMK yang dihadapkan dengan Uji Kompetensi Keahlian (UKK) sebagai syarat kelulusan khususnya pada Kompetensi Keahlian TKR menjadikan mahasiswa pun semestinya mampu melaksanakan hal yang sama, sebagai tolak ukur kompetensi yang dimiliki pada bidang keahlian tertentu, meskipun sejauh ini sebagian besar mahasiswa DPTM UPI belum melakukannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan deskripsi relevansi materi, dan pemetaan sekuen dari materi keahlian TKR yang ada di SMK, Keahlian Otomotif yang ada di Perkuliahan, dan UKK TKR. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah evaluasi dengan model descrepancy. Relevansi materi antara MKK Otomotif, Mata Pelajaran Kompetensi Keahlian TKR serata UKK TKR dan pemetaan materi diperoleh melalui hasil penelitian yang kemudian dipaparkan dan dibahas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Materi MKK Otomotif telah Relevan dan Memenuhi Keseluruhan (173) Materi Mata Pelajaran Kompetensi Keahlian TKR di SMK, dan (130) materi UKK TKR I, II, dan III, sedangakan materi Mata Pelajaran Kompetensi Keahlian TKR SMK telah memenuhi materi UKK paket I dan II, namun belum memenuhi materi UKK TKR paket III (10 materi yang belum terpenuhi). Kata Kunci: Relevansi, Keterpenuhan, Pemetaan Materi, Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan, Mata Pelajaran Kompetensi Keahlian, Mata Kuliah Keahlian Otomotif, Standar Uji Kompetensi. DPTM FPTK UPI as an institution in charge of preparing teachers for vocational schools in particular, should understand the conditions and developments in vocational school, one way is to create a mapping learning materials at the same competence , such as materials engineering competence light vehicles (TKR) in vocational skills with course materials (MKK) automotive equally studying light vehicle technology, but has not done mapping of matter and relevance. In vocational faced with Skills Competency Test (UKK) as a graduation requirement, especially in the Skill Competency TKR make any student should be able to carry out the same thing, as a measure of their competence in specific areas of expertise , although so far most of the students have not done DPTM UPI. This study was conducted to produce a description of the relevance of the material, and the mapping of sequences of material TKR existing expertise in vocational , Automotive Expertise in Class , and UKK TKR. The method used is the evaluation of the models descrepancy. The relevance of the material between MKK Automotive, Subjects Competency serata UKK TKR TKR and mapping of material obtained through the research are then presented and discussed. Relevant material has MKK Automotive and Meets Overall (173) Subject Matter Competency TKR in vocational, and (130) UKK material TKR I, II, and III, while the material Subjects Vocational Skills Competency TKR has met UKK material package I and II, but does not meet the UKK material TKR package III (10 material that has not been met).
