Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Kontribusi Pengembangan Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah Terhadap Mutu Layanan Di Lingkungan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Se-Kota Bandung”. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah kurang maksimalnya mutu layanan yang diberikan oleh tenaga administrasi sekolah terhadap pelanggan, yang menyebabkan pelanggan merasa tidak puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Hal ini diduga adanya pengembangan tenaga administrasi sekolah yang belum sesuai dengan harapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang dijadikan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga administrasi sekolah di lingkungan SMK Negeri Se-Kota Bandung sebanyak 248 tenaga administrasi sekolah dari populasi tersebut diambil sampel 71 tenaga administrasi sekolah dengan pengolahan data melalui: Weight Means Score (WMS), uji normalitas, analisis korelasi, uji signifikansi, dan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang diperoleh bahwa pengembangan tenaga administrasi sekolah berada dalam kategori sangat baik dengan nilai kecenderungan sebesar 3,06. Sementara mutu layanan berada dalam kategori sangat baik dengan nilai kecenderungan sebesar 3,23. Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi, menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,423 yag berarti korelasi Variabel X dan Variabel Y cukup kuat. Adapun tingkat hubungan antara pengembangan tenaga administrasi sekolah terhadap mutu layanan sebesar 17,9% san sisanya 80,1% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Pihak sekolah diharapkan mampu mengembangkan kembali pengembangan tenaga administrasi sekolah sehingga mampu meningkatkan mutu layanan secara konsisten. research is entitled “Kontribusi Pengembangan Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah Terhadap Mutu Layanan Di Lingkungan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Se-Kota Bandung”. This might have been caused the resource development administration schools that had not yet in conformity with expectation. this research using methods descriptive with a quantitative approach. A population that used as a source of data in this research is school administrative staff in the vicinity of the vocational school Se-Kota Bandung as many as 248 school administrative staff of the population sample is taken 71 administrative staff schools with data processing through: Weight Means Score (WMS), normality test, correlation analysis, test significance, and regression analysis simple. Based on data processing obtained that the development of school administrators be in category very well worth a tendency of 3,06. While service quality be in category very well worth a tendency of 3,23. From the results of a correlation coefficient, shows value of 0,423 that means the correlation variable x and variable y strong enough. But the relationship between resource development school administrators against service quality of 17,9% and the rest 80,1% other factors. The school is expected to develop back resource development school administrators that can improve service quality consistently.
