Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar adanya permasalahan yang muncul pada siswa kelas 1 SDN 4 Tanjung Aman. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan wawancara memperlihatkan bahwa kegiatan belajar-mengajar penjaskes terutama gerak dasar lokomotor pada siswa kelas 1 SDN 4 Tanjung Aman kurang bervariasi, guru cenderung mendominasi kegiatan belajar. Siswa belajar hanya duduk dan menulis apa yang disampaikan oleh guru tanpa terlibat aktif di dalam pembelajarannya. Sementara siswa kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar haruslah belajar secara langsung di lapangan. Mengingat sangat pentingnya aktivitas gerak dasar lokomotor untuk mengembangkan perkembangan motorik kasarnya, maka peneliti melakukan penelitian pada siswa kelas 1 SDN 4 Tanjung Aman sebanyak 25 siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kondisi objektif gerak dasar lokomotor siswa kelas 1 SDN 4 Tanjung Aman (2) penerapan gerak dasar lokomotor melalui pendekatan bermain siswa kelas 1 SDN 4 Tanjung Aman (3) peningkatan terhadap gerak dasar lokomotor setelah melalui penerapan pendekatan bermain siswa kelas 1 SDN 4 Tanjung Aman. Adapun manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menstimulasi perkembangan gerak dasar lokomotor siswa secara optimal melalui bermain. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus 2 Tindakan. Terdapat peningkatan yang cukup signifikan pada setiap siswa. Dimana sebelumnya, kriteria siswa yang memperoleh nilai B mendapatkan 0% dan pada hasil akhirnya mendapatkan perolehan sebesar 77,00% dan kriteria K yang berarti kurang dari pra siklus memperoleh 84,61% berkurang menjadi 0%. Perkembangan tersebut dirasa cukup jika dibandingkan dengan observasi awal sebelum diberi tindakan penerapan pendekatan bermain. Rekomendasi bagi guru diharapkan dapat memberikan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan sesuai tahapan perkembangan pada siswa, bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengembangkan atau menciptakan inovasi pembelajaran yang lebih variatif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan gerak dasar lokomotor pada siswa. --------- This research was conducted on the basis of the problems that arose in the first grade students of SDN 4 Tanjung Aman. Based on observations and interviews show that the teaching and learning activities, especially PE basic locomotor movements in the first grade of SDN 4 Tanjung Aman less varied, teachers tend to dominate learning activities. Students learn to just sit down and write what is conveyed by the teacher without actively involved in learning. While the first class of elementary school students should learn directly in the field. As we know the critical importance of basic locomotor activity motion to develop a motor development, the researchers conducted a study in 1st grade of SDN 4 Tanjung Aman for about 25 students. This study aims to determine (1) the objective conditions of the basic locomotor movement of first grade students of SDN 4 Tanjung Aman (2) the application of basic locomotor movements through playing approach of first grade students of SDN 4 Tanjung Aman (3) improvements to the basic locomotor movements after going through the application of the playing approach of first grade students of SDN 4 Tanjung Aman. The benefit of this research is to stimulate the development of basic student’s locomotor movements optimally through playing. The method used is the method of Classroom Action Research (PTK) that carried out by two cycles of two measures. There is a significant increase on each student. Where previously, criteria for students who earn a B gain of 0% and the result ended up getting a gain of 77.00% and a criterion K which means less than the pre-cycle gained 84.61% was reduced to 0%. The development is considered sufficient enough when compared with the initial observation before being measures by the playing approach. Recommendations for teachers are expected to provide a fun learning which developmentally appropriate to the students, and for further research are expected to develop or create a more varied learning innovation to improve basic locomotor movements in students.
