Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendapatan pengusaha industri kreatif kuliner di Kota Bandung yang mengalami penurunan dalam kurun waktu 2 bulan terakhir. Hal ini terjadi karena berbagai faktor diantaranya, pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan kurang variatif produk-produk yang ditawarkan. Berdasarkan faktor tersebut maka diidentifikasi penyebab menurunnya pendapatan pengusaha industri kreatif kuliner di Kota Bandung disebabkan oleh faktor perilaku kewirausahaan dan diferensiasi produk. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi responden penelitian yaitu pengusaha industri kreatif kuliner di Kota Bandung yang tergabung kedalam Komunitas Grobag Bandung sebanyak 32 orang pengusaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey eksplanatori dengan mengggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpul data dan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, sedangkan dalam analisis data menggunakan program Eviews 6. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan, perilaku kewirausahaan dan diferensiasi produk berada pada kategori tinggi sedangkan pendapatan berada pada kategori sedang cenderung tinggi. Setelah dilakukan analisis data didapatkan hasil, secara parsial variabel perilaku kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan dan variabel diferensiasi produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Sedangkan secara simultan perilaku kewirausahaan dan diferensiasi produk berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan, Perilaku kewirausahaan, Diferensiasi Produk, Industri Kreatif Kuliner Problems in this study is the income entrepreneurs culinary creative industries in Bandung, which decreased with in the last 2 months. This occurs due to various factors, including, knowledge of entrepreneurship and less varied products offered. Based on these factors, the identified causes of the decline in revenue growth of creative industries culinary entrepreneurs in Bandung caused by factors of entrepreneurial behavior and product differentiation. In this study, there search respondents are entrepreneurs in culinary creative industries in Bandung incorporated into Grobag Bandung Community who consist of 32 people entrepreneurs. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey by using a questionnaire as a data collector and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression, where as the data analysis using Eviews 6 program. Based on the conclusion, Entrepreneurial behavior and product differentiation at the high category, while revenue are in the category of moderate to high. After analyzing the data obtained result, that in partial entrepreneurial behavior significantly influence the revenue and product differentiation variables significant effect on earnings. While simultaneously entrepreneurial behavior and product differentiation effect on revenue. Keyword : Income, Entrepreneurial behavior, Product Differentiation, Culinary Creative Industries
