Abstract
Taman Rekreasi Selabintana merupakan salah satu tempat wisata di Kabupaten Sukabumi Jawa Barat.Dari tahun 2012 hingga tahun 2014 jumlah kunjungan di Taman Rekreasi Selabintana mengalami penurunan dikarenakan semakin banyaknya jumlah pesaing yang mengembangkan produk wisatanya. Taman Rekreasi Selabintana meningkatkan kualitas produk wisatanya sebagai usaha untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas produk wisata, keputusan berkunjung serta pengaruh kualitas produk wisata terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yaitu wisatawan nusantara yang berkunjung di Taman Rekreasi Selabintana dengan teknik penarikan yang digunakan yaitu systematic random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk wisata (X) yang terdiri dari security (X1), availability of tourist information (X2), cleanliness and tidiness (X3), authenticity of environment (X4) dan variety of facilities and attractions (X5) sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu keputusan berkunjung (Y) yang terdiri dari indikator pemilihan produk, pemilihan merek, pemilihan penyalur, waktu pembelian, jumlah pembelian, dan metode pembayaran. Tanggapan wisatawan terhadap kualitas produk wisata di Taman Rekreasi Selabintana dinilai tinggi. Dimensi availability of tourist information memperoleh nilai tertinggi sedangkan dimensi variety of facilities and attractions memperoleh terendah terendah. Tanggapan wisatawan terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Taman Rekreasi Selabintana dinilai tinggi. Indikator metode pembayaran memperoleh nilai tertinggi sedangkan indikator pemilihan produk memperoleh nilai terendah. Berdasarkan pengujian SPSS 20.0 for windows menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang simultan dan parsial antara kualitas produk wisata dan keputusan berkunjung. Adapun saran untuk perusahaan adalah meningkatkan kualitas produk wisata sengan memperhatikan indikator-indikator kualitas produk wisata itu sendiri sehingga mendorong minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke Taman Rekreasi Selabintana. Kata kunci: Kualitas Produk Wisata, Keputusan Berkunjung, dan Taman Rekreasi Selabintana Selabintana Recreation Park is one of the tourist attractions in Sukabumi. From 2012 to 2014 the number of visits at Recreation Park Selabintana decreased because of increasing number of competitors who develop tourism products also. Recreation Selabintana improve the quality of tourism products in an effort to increase the number of visiting. This research aims to describe the quality of tourism products, the decision to visit as well as the influence of the quality of tourism products to the decision to visit. This type of research is descriptive and verification with the method used is explanatory survey and cross sectional approach. Sample in this research were 100 respondents that tourists who visit the Recreation Park Selabintana with the sampling technique used is systematic random sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple regressions. The independent variable in this research is quality of tourism products (X) consisting of security (X1), availability of tourist information (X2), cleanliness and tidiness (X3), authenticity of environment (X4) and a variety of facilities and Attractions (X5) while the dependent variable is the decision to visit (Y) which consists of indicators such as products choice, brand choice, dealer choice, time of purchase, amount of purchase, and payment methods. Traveler responses to the quality of tourism products in Recreation Park Selabintana rated. Dimension of availability of tourist information to obtain the highest value while the dimension variety of facilities and Attractions obtain the lowest lows. Tourist’s response to the decision to visit the recreation Selabintana rated. Indicators payment method to obtain the highest value of the indicator whiles the selection of products to obtain the lowest value. Based on SPSS 20.0for windows testing showed the influence of the simultaneous and partially between the quality of the tourism product and the decision to visit. Advice for companies is to improve the quality of tourism products with a bunch of attention to indicators of the quality of the tourism product itself so as to encourage tourists to visit the Recreational Park Selabintana.
