Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “ Pembelajaran Aktivitas Permainan Bola Voli Yang
Dimodifikasi Untuk Meningkatkan Waktu Aktif Belajar (WAB) (Penelitian
Tindakan Kelas di Kelas X SMA PURAGABAYA Bandung)”. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani
Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) khususnya meningkatkan waktu aktivitas
belajar siswa. Berdasarkan observasi awal yang menunjukan bahwa
Pembelajaran yang digunakan kurang bisa mengoptimalkan waktu
pembelajaran yang tersedia. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian
Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam beberapa siklus melalui empat
tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek
penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas X sebanyak 27 orang di SMA
PURAGABAYA Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan
observasi, lembar catatan lapangan dan lembar catatan observer. Teknik
analisis data yang digunakan adalah persentasi. Hasil rekapitulasi peningkatan
waktu aktif belajar siswa dari pembelajaran aktivitas permainan bola voli yang
dimodifikasi yaitu: Pada observasi awal jumlah waktu aktivitas siswa sebesar
46,29%, siklus I tindakan I jumlah waktu aktivitas belajar siswa sebesar
51,85%, siklus I tindakan II jumlah waktu aktivitas belajar siswa sebesar
55,55%, siklus II tindakan I jumlah waktu aktivitas belajar siswa sebesar
57,03%, siklus II tindakan II jumlah waktu aktivitas belajar siswa sebesar
59,25%. Keberhasilan yang dicapai tidak terlepas dari kendala-kendala yaitu
kegiatan proses pembelajaran yang kadang tidak sesuai dengan rencana.
Solusi yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara mendiskusikannya dengan dosen pembimbing skripsi untuk merefleksikan hasil penilaian setiap siklus dan meminimalisir kekurangan yang terjadi. Berdasarkan pencapaian tersebut,maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran aktivitas permainan bola voli yang dimodifikasi untuk meningkatkan waktu aktif belajar (WAB) dapat meningkatkan waktu aktif belajar dalam pembelajaran PJOK di kelas X SMA PURAGABAYA Bandung.----------This research entitled “Learning activities volleyball games are modified
to increase the active time Study” (Research Classroom Action in class X in
SMA Puragabaya Bandung” this research aimed to improve the learning
process of physical education and healt (PEH) and increase the time of
student learning activities, it was based on preliminary observations which
revealed that the teaching method used couldn’t optimize the available
learning time. The method used was the Classroom Action Research (CAR)
which conducted in several cycles through four stages: Planning
implementation, Observation and Reflection. Subject of research is
Puragabaya student class X Bandung as many as 27 people. Data was
collected through observation, field notes sheet and observer notes. The Data
analysis technique used is percentage. Recapitulation increase student
learning active time of learning activities student learn volleyball modified
are the beginning of the observation period the number of student learning
activities amounted was 46,29 %, the cycle I of the action I the amount of time
of students learning activities was 51,85%, the cycle I of action II the amount
of time of students learning activities was 55,55%, the cycle II of action I the
amount of time of students learning activities was 57,03%, the cycle II of
action II the amount of time of students learning activities was 59,25%. The
success achieved could not be separated from the obstacles that the learning
process activities sometimes it is not in accordance with the plan and the
solution was by discussing it with the research supervisor to reflect the results
of the assessment of each cycle and minimize the deficiencies occurred. Based
on these achievements, it could be concluded that the learning model of
learning activities volleyball games are modified to increase the active time
study could improve the active time of learning in learning PEH in class X
Puragabaya High School Bandung.
