Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji penelitian ini adalah Keunggulan Bersaing Berkelanjutan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Bandung Jawa Barat yang belum optimal, ditandai dengan fluktuasi peringkat nasional universitas. Permasalahan ini harus segera di atasi karena apabila tidak segera ditangani akan menghambat tujuan lembaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Strategi Pengetahuan dan Keunggulan Bersaing Berkelanjutan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Bandung Jawa Barat. Aspek yang diteliti meliputi dua hal yaitu Strategi Pengetahuan dan Keunggulan Bersaing Berkelanjutan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, metode penelitian yang digunakan survey explanatory. Populasinya adalah program studi S1 yang berjumlah 46 prodi, dengan sampel 46 prodi. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Strategi Pengetahuan memiliki hubungan positif dengan Keunggulan Bersaing Berkelanjutan di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Bandung Jawa Barat. Hal tersebut dilihat dari hasil nilai koefisien korelasi sederhana antara Strategi Pengetahuan dengan Keunggulan Bersaing Berkelanjutan adalah 0,584. Pada tabel interpretasi koefisien korelasi nilai tersebut berada pada interval 0,40-0,599 atau berada pada tingkat hubungan sedang, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Strategi Pengetahuan memiliki korelasi dengan Keunggulan Bersaing Berkelanjutan.----------Examined the problems that this research is sustainable competitive of Indonesia University of Education Bandung West Java that is not optimal, characterized by the fluctuation of National Ranking University . This problem must be overcome in because if not solved soon would hinder the agency. Thia research aims to understand the image of knowledge strategy and sustainable competitive advantage Indonesia University of Education.The treatment aspects covering two things which were knowledge strategy and sustainable competitive advantage Indonesia University of Education. This research used descriptive method and verificative, a method of research used explanatory survey.Population was course S1 amounting to 46 course of study, with 46 course of study sample. Engineering the analysis used the correlation soefficient is pearson product moment. The research results showed knowledge strategy having a positive relationship with sustainable competitive advantage on Indonesia University of Education Bandung West Java . This is seen from the result of the value of a simple correlation coefficient between knowledge strategy with sustainable competitive advantage is 0,584. In table interpretation correlation coefficient value are located at intervals 0,40-0,599 or be at the level of relations moderate so that we can conclude that knowledge strategy having the correlation with sustainable competitive.
