Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja mengajar calon guru Biologi pada kegiatan pembelajaran Biologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik triangulasi. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa SI Jurusan Pendidikan Biologi UPI semester tujuh yang sedang melaksanakan Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) di SMA Negeri Kota Bandung semester genap tahun ajaran 2014-2015. Sedangkan sampel diambil dengan teknik sampel acak sebanyak 8 kinerja mahasiswa. Data yang didapat berasal dari hasil analisis Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), observasi proses pembelajaran, penilaian pembelajaran, pedoman wawancara, dan angket tanggapan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja calon guru Biologi dalam merencanakan pembelajaran memiliki kategori baik dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 78,76%. Sementara kinerja dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran memiliki kategori nilai cukup dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 70,70%. Sedangkan kinerja calon guru Biologi dalam melaksanakan penilaian hasil belajar siswa memiliki kategori cukup dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 62,42%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa calon guru Biologi sudah memiliki kinerja yang baik dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran Biologi. ---------- This study aims to analyze the performance of teaching prospective teachers in learning activities Biology. The method used is descriptive method with triangulation techniques. Subjects in this study were graduate student Department of Biology Education seventh semester UPI who are conducting Field Experience Program (PPL) in SMA Bandung second semester of academic year 2014-2015. While samples taken using random sample of 8 student performance. Data obtained derived from analysis of Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), observational learning, learning assessment, interview, and questionnaire responses of students. The results showed that the performance of candidates Biology teacher in the learning plan have a good category with an average value of 78.76 %. While performance in implementing the learning has enough value category with an average value of 70.70 %. While the performance of prospective teachers of Biology in conducting assessments of student learning outcomes have enough category with an average value of 62.42 %. Thus, it can be concluded that the biology teacher candidates already have a good performance in implementing learning activities Biology.
