Abstract
Penelitian ini didasari oleh ketertarikan peneliti pada pelaksanaan praktek make-up room yang dilaksanakan oleh peserta didik di Edotel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui analisis pelaksanaan praktek make-up room oleh peserta didik di Edotel SMK Negeri 9 Bandung berdasarkan standard operational prosedur (SOP) Hotel, yang meliputi: 1) menata peralatan (prepare trolley), 2) memasuki kamar untuk pelayanan (entering guest room), 3) menata tempat tidur (making bed), 4) membersihkan dan menata kamar (deep cleaning bedroom), dan 5) membersihkan dan menyimpan trolley beserta perlengkapannya (cleaning and putting trolley & equipment). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, instrumen penelitian berupa kriteria unjuk kerja (KUK), dengan skala Guttman. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Hasil penelitian mengenai analisis pelaksanaan praktek make-up room oleh peserta didik di Edotel secara umum telah terlaksana sesuai SOP, dan secara khusus telah terlaksana sesuai SOP pada aspek standar trolley and parstock trolley, aspek entering the guest room, aspek stripping and making bed, aspek deep cleaning bathroom, aspek deep cleaning bedroom, aspek replance aminities, aspek final check, aspek deep cleaning trolley, danaspek cleaning equipment, dan pada aspek room attendant assign report telah terlaksana tetapi belum sesuai SOP. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi, masukan, dan bahan evaluasi bagi guru dalam proses pembelajaran praktek make-up room di Edotel selanjutnya. ----------This study is based on the interest of researchers in implementing the practice of make-up room that held by learners in Edotel. The aim of this study was to determine the analysis of the implementation practice make-up room by learners in Edotel SMK Negeri 9 Bandung based standard operational procedures (SOP) Hotel, which include: 1) prepare trolley, 2) entering the room for service, 3) making the bed, 4) deep cleaning bedroom, and 5) cleaning and putting trolley and equipment. The method used is descriptive method, the research instrument in the form of performance criteria (KUK), with a Guttman scale. Samples were selected using purposive sampling technique. Results of research on the analysis of the implementation practice make-up room by learners in Edotel have been generally implemented according to the SOP, and specifically has been done according to SOP at theaspectof standard trolley and parstock trolley, aspects of entering the guest room, aspects of stripping and making bed, aspects deep cleaningbathroom, aspect deep cleaning bedroom, aspectreplanceaminities, aspect check final, the aspect of deep cleaning trolley, and aspect cleaning equipment, and the aspect of room attendant assign report have been implemented but not according to SOP. Next, This research is expected to be a reference, feedback and evaluation materials for teachers in the learning process of practice make-up room in Edotel.
