Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui berapa kebutuhan latihan teknik pemain Persib Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah satu orang pemain gelandang sepak bola Persib Bandung, diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Video Recording dan Scoring Sheet. Hasil yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan Uji Statistik Deskriptif. Dari analisis data diperoleh hasil Range dribbling adalah 4, passing 5, shooting 2, longpassing 3, heading 2 (range = max - min ). Nilai minimum data dribbling 18, passing 21, shooting 1, longpassing 13, heading 1. Nilai maksimal data dribbling 22, passing 26, shooting 3, longpassing 16, heading 3. Nilai sum data dribbling 59, passing 69, shooting 5, longpassing 44, heading 6. Nilai mean (rata-rata) dribbling 19.67, passing 23, shooting = 1.67, longpassing 14.67, heading 2. Nilai standar deviasi dribbling 2.08, passing 2.64, shooting 1.15, longpassing 1.52, heading 1. Nilai variansi dribbling 4.3, passing = 7, shooting 1.33, longpassing 2.33, heading 1.----------This research aims to point out the needs of technical training players Persib Bandung. The research method used is descriptive. The sample that used was one midfielder soccer player Persib Bandung, taken by using purposive sampling method. The instrument used is the Video Recording and Scoring Sheet. Results were analyzed with descriptive statistics test. Based on data analysis results dribbling Range is 4, 5 passing, shooting 2 longpassing 3, heading 2 (range = max - min). The minimum value of the data dribbling 18, 21 passing, shooting 1, longpassing 13, heading 1. The maximum value of the data dribbling 22, 26 passing, shooting 3 longpassing 16, heading 3. The sum value of the data dribbling 59, 69 passing, shooting 5, longpassing 44 , heading 6. The mean (average) 19.67 dribbling, passing 23 shooting = 1.67, longpassing 14.67, heading 2. The standard deviation 2:08 dribbling, passing 2.64, shooting 1:15, 1:52 longpassing, heading 1. Value variance dribbling 4.3, passing = 7, shooting 1:33, 2:33 longpassing, heading 1.
