Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur FPTK UPI. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pemenuhan kompetensi profesional guru SMK gambar bangunan oleh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur (variabel tunggal). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pengumpulan data statistik dengan uji tingkat pemenuhan kompetensi professional guru SMK Gambar Bangunan kepada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur FPTK UPI angkatan 2011 dan 2012, sebanyak 40 responden. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purpose sample biasa disebut purposif karena sampel memiliki tujuan khusus. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, dimana pengambilan kesimpulan secara umum berdasarkan data/fakta yang kongkret secara sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa presentase tingkat pemenuhan kompetensi profesional guru SMK oleh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur FPTK UPI sebesar 68,2% termasuk kedalam kriteria sedang. Dari 10 Kompetensi Inti, terdapat 4 Kompetensi Inti termasuk kedalam kriteria tinggi, 5 Kompetensi kriteria sedang, dan 1 Kompetensi Inti kriteria rendah. Presentase pemenuhan Kompetensi Inti pada kompetensi profesional guru SMK Gambar Bangunan kriteria tinggi sebesar 40%, kriteria sedang sebesar 50% dan kriteria rendah sebesar 10%. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada mahasiswa dan lembaga Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur FPTK UPI untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan terhadap pemenuhan kompetensi profesional yang berkaitan dengan keahlian bidang studi. Sebagai kesiapan di dunia pendidikan, khususnya di dunia mengajar sebagai guru SMK Gambar Bangunan. ---------- This research was conducted to students of Architecture Engineering Education Study Program FPTK UPI. The purpose of this research is to know about the level of fulfillment Professional Competence Vocational School Architecture Engineering Teacher by Student of Architecture Engineering Education Study Program FPTK UPI (single variable). This research uses descriptive method and statistic data collection with a test the level of fulfillment Professional Competence Vocational School Architecture Engineering Teacher by students of Architecture Engineering Education Study Program FPTK UPI class of 2011 and 2012, as many as 40 respondents. Method of determination of samples used is purpose sample commonly called “purposif” because the sample has particular purpose. Furthermore, data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, which conclusions are generally based on concrete facts/data in simple terms. The results showed that percentage of the level of fulfillment Professional Competence Vocational School Architecture Engineering Teacher by Student of Architecture Engineering Education Study Program FPTK UPI amount to 68,2% included in medium criteria. From the 10 of Core Competencies, there are 4 Core Competencies included in high criteria, 5 Core Competencies medium criteria, and 1 Core Competencies low criteria. Percentage of the fulfillment of Core Competencies on Professional Competency Vocational School Architecture Engineering teachers high criteria amount to 40%, medium criteria amount to 50% and low criteria amount to 10%. The research recommends to students and institutions of Architecture Engineering Education Study Program FPTK UPI to raise knowledge and abilities about a professional competence fulfillment related to skill of study subject. As the readiness in education, particularly in teaching as Vocational School Architecture Engineering teachers.
