Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi atas keingintahuan peneliti terhadap keefektifan teknik pembelajaran duti-duta dengan media video audiovisual dalam pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi kompleks. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efektivitas teknik pembelajaran duti-duta dengan menggunakan media video audiovisual dalam pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi kompleks. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen kuasi, dengan desain penelitian pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Kartika XIX-1 Bandung, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kelas XI IIS 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI IIS 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Sampel dari masing-masing kelas sebanyak 32 orang siswa. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan uji realibilitas antarpenimbang, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa (1) adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata di kelas eksperimen dari 71,90 menjadi 81,44; (2) adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata di kelas kontrol dari 70,21 menjadi 76,90; (3) berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji-t diperoleh nilai t_hitung≥t_tabel atau 3,318 ≥ 1,999. Hal tersebut menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan kemampuan menulis teks eksplanasi kompleks yang signifikan antara pembelajaran dengan menggunakan teknik duti-duta dan media video audiovisual dengan pembelajaran menggunakan metode terlangsung dalam pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi kompleks atau Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan teknik duti-duta dengan media video audiovisual efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi kompleks. Berdasarkan hipotesis tersebut peneliti menyarankan kepada guru Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia untuk menggunakan teknik pembelajaran duti-duta dengan media video audiovisual pada pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi kompleks karena teknik dan media pembelajaran ini terbukti efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi kompleks. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, peneliti mengharapkan agar teknik duti-duta dapat dikaji secara lebih luas misalnya pada kemampuan membaca, menyimak, berbicara maupun menulis dalam berbagai genre teks yang lain.----------This research is motivated on the curiosity of researchers on the effectiveness of learning techniques duti-duta with video audiovisual media in learning to write complex explanatory text. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of learning techniques duti-duta by using video audiovisual media in learning to write complex explanatory text. The method used in this study is a quasi experimental method, the research design pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were students of class XI SMA Kartika XIX-1 Bandung, while the samples used in this study, namely class XI IIS 1 as an experimental class and IIS XI 3 as the control class. Samples of each class of 32 students. Data processing is performed by antarpenimbang reliability test, normality test, homogeneity, and hypothesis testing using t-test. Based on the results of the study showed that (1) an increase in the average value in the experimental class of 71.90 into 81.44; (2) an increase in the average value of the control class 70.21 into 76.90; (3) based on hypothesis testing using t-test values obtained t_hitung≥t_tabel or 3.318 ≥ 1.999. It shows that there are differences in the ability to write a text explanation of significant complex between learning by using techniques duti-duta and video audiovisual media with the learning method in teaching writing terlangsung complex explanatory text or Ha accepted and H0 is rejected. It can be concluded duti-duta techniques with video audiovisual media effectively applied in writing class complex explanatory text. Based on this hypothesis the researchers suggest the Indonesian Lessons teachers to use learning techniques duti-duta with video audiovisual media on learning to write explanatory text and media complex because the technique has proved effective learning applied in teaching writing complex explanatory text. For further research, researchers hope that the technique duti-duta can be studied more extensively in reading, listening, speaking and writing in various genres of the text.
