    Abstract

    Permasalahan pada pembelajaran Memahami sifat Dasar Sinyal Audio tentang Prosedur Operasi Baku Pengukuran Menggunakan Oscilloscope yang mudah jenuh dan terbatasnya peralatan praktikum perlu diatasi dengan adanya inovasi pembelajaran. Salah satunya yaitu dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasisvideo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari implementasi video media pembelajaran ditinjau dari hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Metode penelitiannya menggunakan metode Eksperimen denganQuasi Experimental Design. Instrumen untuk pengumpulan data melalui tes pemahaman siswa tentang prosedur operasi baku pengukuran menggunakan oscilloscope. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman siswa. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan adanya gain hasil belajar siswa untuk kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah didapat, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media video lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dilihat dari ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor..

    Implementation of Media Video Learning Oscilloscope Measuring Instrument
    Problem on Understanding Characteristic of Basic Audio Signal on Measurement Operation of Standard Procedure using Oscilloscope that is easilysaturated andlimitations oflab equipmentneeds to be addressedwithinnovationslearning. This research aims to know the effectiveness of media video learning reviewed by students learning outcomes on cognitive, affective, and psychomotor, respectively. The research method is using experiments with Quasi Experimental Design. The understanding test instrument is used to collect data on Measurement Operation of Standard Procedure using oscilloscope. The results show there are increasing of students' comprehension. Based on the result, learning using video media more effective in increasing students learning outcomes reviewed on cognitive, affective, and psychomotor
