Abstract
Permendikbud No. 104 Tahun 2014 tentang penilaian hasil belajar, mengatur bahwa lingkup penilaian hasil belajar oleh pendidik mencakup kompetensi sikap sosial yang meliputi sikap menerima, menghargai, menanggapi, menghayati, mengamalkan nilai spiritual dan nilai sosial yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan instrumen penilaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penalaran moral siswa SMP di kota Bandung dan sekitarnya jika diukur menggunakan tes dilema moral dan Moral Judgement Test (MJT). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey cross sectional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 131 orang siswa dari empat SMP yang tersebar di kota Bandung dan sekitarnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tes dilema moral dan Moral Judgement Test (MJT) dapat digunakan sebagai instrumen untuk menilai moral siswa SMP. Hasil dari tes dilema moral didapatkan bahwa aspek tindakan moral adalah aspek yang paling banyak dimiliki oleh siswa SMP di Bandung dan sekitarnya, kemudian diikuti oleh perasaan moral dan pengetahuan moral. Aspek pengetahuan moral yang paling rendah adalah pengambilan perspektif dan pengetahuan diri. Sedangkan, aspek yang paling tinggi adalah kesadaran moral dan mengetahui nilai-nilai moral. Aspek perasaan moral yang paling tinggi adalah mencintai kebaikan dan empati adalah aspek yang paling rendah. Hasil dari Moral Judgement Test (MJT) adalah tidak ada siswa yang masuk ke dalam kategori kompetensi pertimbangan moral sangat tinggi. Siswa yang masuk ke dalam kategori kompetensi pertimbangan moral sedang memiliki aspek pengetahuan moral, perasaan moral, dan tindakan moral yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang masuk ke dalam kategori kompetensi pertimbangan moral sangat rendah.----------Regulation of education and culture minister No. 104 Year 2014 about assessment of learning outcomes, stipulate that the outcomes by the teachers is including the social attitudes competencies, which include recieving, appreciating, responding to, practicing the spiritual values and social values using the instruments of attitudes assessment. The purpose of this research is for analyzing the moral reasoning of middle school students in Bandung and its surrounding using the moral dilemma test and moral judgement test (MJT). The method of this research is survey cross sectional. The sample of this research is 131 students of four middle school in Bandung and it’s surrounding. The result of this research is that dilemma moral test and moral judgement test can be used as the instrument of the middle school student’s moral assessment. The result of the dilemma moral test is that the aspects of moral action is the aspect is mostly owned by the middle school student, followed by the moral feeling and moral knowing. The lowest aspects of moral knowing are perspectif taking and self knowing. While, the highest aspects of moral knowing are moral awareness and knowing moral values. The highest aspect of moral feeling is loving the good and the lowest aspect is empathy. While, the result of the moral judgement test is There are no students who categorize as tha person who has very high moral judgement competence. Students who fit in the middle category of moral judgement competence have moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action higher than the students who fit in the very low category of moral judgement competence.
