Abstract

Taman Wisata Alam Cimanggu merupakan sebuah kawasan pelestarian dengan tujuan utama untuk kepentingan pariwisata dan rekreasi alam yang terletak di Ciwidey, Kabupaten Bandung Selatan yang menyajikan pesona alam yang bervariasi dan dikembangkan sebagai kawasan wisata alam untuk kunjungan wisatawan nusantara maupun wisatawan mancanegara yang menawarkan pemandian air panas sebagai core product bagi wisatawan.Jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Taman Wisata Alam Cimanggu mengalami penurunan yang cukup signifikan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa minat wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Taman wisata Alam Cimanggu semakin berkurang. Setiap wisatawan yang datang ke suatu destinasi wisata memiliki motivasi yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan dari wisatawan itu sendiri.Untuk itu pengelola Taman Wisata alam Cimanggu perlu untuk menganalisis motivasi wisatawan agar pengelola destinasi ini dapat menerima informasi terkait keinginan dan kebutuhan wisatawan sehingga pemasar pun pada akhirnya dapat menentukan strategi pemasaran kedepan agar produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan oleh Taman Wisata Alam Cimanggu dapat diterima dengan baik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta keinginandariwisatawan, sehingga akan meningkatkan minat dan jumlah kunjungan ke Taman Wisata Alam Cimanggu. Variebel independent dalam penelitian ini adalah Motivasi Wisatawan (X) dan variabel dependent adalah Keputusan Berkunjung (Y). Variabel independent motivasi wisatawan (X) dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu faktor-faktor pendorong dan penarik. Faktor pendorong terdiri dari: Discovering new places, Trying something new, Relaxing physically, Relieving stress, Finding excitements, Escaping from routine, dan Having fun. Sedangkan faktor penarik motivasi diantaranya terdiri dari: Landscape, Natural environment, Relaxing atmosphere, Security, Nice weather, Accessibility, Public transportation, Hospitality, Lodging, Distance, dan Sport .Sedangakan variabel dependent (Y) keputusan berkunjung terdiri dari:Pemilihan produk atau jasa, Pemilihan merek, Pemilihan penyalur, Jumlah kunjungan, Pemilihan waktu kunjungan dan Metode pembayaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi wisatawan dan keputusan berkunjung ke Taman Wisata Alam Cimanggu serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh motivasi wisatawan terhadapkeputusan berkunjung ke Taman Wisata Alam Cimanggu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yaitu wisatawan nusantara individu yang berkunjung ke Taman Wisata Alam Cimanggu melalui wawancara, observasi, angket serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan program SPSS 18.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel motivasi wisatawan memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke Taman Wisata Alam Cimanggu. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Wisatawan, Keputusan Berkunjung. Taman Wisata Alam Cimanggu is a conservation area with the main purpose for the benefit of tourism and outdoor recreation are located in Ciwidey, South Bandung regency. This tourist destination presents a varied natural charm and developed as an area of natural attractions for tourists visiting domestic and foreign tourists who offer a hot water bath as a core product for tourists. The number of tourists visiting the Nature Park Cimanggu experienced are degression in each year. This shows that the interest of tourists who visit to Taman Alam Cimanggu travel wane. Every tourist who comes to a tourist destination has a different motivation in accordance with the wishes and needs of the tourist themselvesi. For the managers of Taman Wisata Alam Cimanggu need to analyze tourist motivation that managers of these destinations can receive information related to the wishes and needs of tourists so that any marketer can ultimately determine the future marketing strategy so that the product or service offered by Taman Wisata Alam Cimanggu be well received that in accordance with the needs and desires of tourists, so it will increase the interest and number of visits to Taman Wisata Alam Cimanggu. Variable independent in this study is the tourist motivation (X) and variable dependet is the decision to visit (Y). Variable independent traveler Motivation (X) is influenced by two factors: the factors push and pull. Driving factors used in this study and in accordance with the research themes and conditions Cimanggu Nature Park consists of: Discovering new places, Trying something new, physically Relaxing, Relieving stress, Finding excitements, Escaping from routine, and Having fun. While the pull factors such motivation consists of: Landscape, Natural environment, Relaxing atmosphere, Security, Nice weather, Accessibility, Public transportation, Hospitality, Lodging, Distance, and Sport while the dependent variable (Y) decision been made up of products or services Selection, Selection brand, Selection distributor, number of visits, time of visit and Selection Method of payment. This study aims to describe the tourist motivation and decision to visit Taman Wisata Alam Cimanggu and to know how to influence tourist motivation for the decision to visit Taman Wisata Alam Cimanggu. The sample in this study were 100 respondents, individual tourists who visit Taman Wisata Alam Cimanggu through interviews, observations, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 for windows. The results showed that motivation variables have a positive influence on the decision to visit Taman Wisata Alam Cimanggu. Keywords: Motivation Travelers, Decision Against Visits.
