Abstract
Instrumen asesmen bahasa reseptif dan bahasa ekspresif yang tidak tersedia bagi anak tunarungu usia sekolah mengakibatkan layanan pendidikan yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dalam perkembangan bahasanya. Instrumen asesmen dikembangkan berdasarkan teori perkembangan bahasa yang dikemukakan oleh Myklebust dan Lewis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif pada tahap I dan metode kuantitatif pada tahap II dan III. Instrumen asesmen bahasa reseptif dan bahasa ekspresif divalidasi yang memperoleh nilai 100% dan dihitung reliabilitasnya yang memperoleh nilai 0,93 (korelasi sangat tinggi). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa instrumen asesmen bahasa reseptif dan bahasa ekspresif sudah valid, reliabel dan fungsional digunakan untuk mengetahui perkembangan bahasa reseptif dan bahasa ekspresif pada anak tunarungu usia sekolah. Assessment instrument was developed based on the theory of language development proposed by Myklebust and Lewis. This study used qualitative methods in stage I and quantitative methods in stage II and III. Assessment instruments receptive language and expressive language validated that scored 100% and the calculated reliability that scored 0.93 (correlation is very high). Based on the research results, we concluded that the assessment instrument receptive language and expressive language is valid, reliable and functional is used to determine the development of receptive language and expressive language of children with hearing impairment school age.
