Abstract

Pendekatan ilmiah (Scientific Approach) merupakan satu pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan menitik beratkan pada penggunaan metode ilmiah dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Pendekatan ilmiah (Scientific approach) bermuatan nilai diteliti untuk dianalisis pengaruhnya terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan sikap siswa pada materi pencemaran lingkungan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode weak experiment dengan desain the One Group Pretest Posttest Desain. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh siswa kelas X di salah satu SMA kota Tasikmalaya. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari siswa berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran Scientific Approach bermuatan nilai dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan sikap siswa, peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dapat dilihat dari perolehan rata-rata pretest sebesar 25,67 yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan skor rata-rata posttest setelah pembelajaran dengan Scientific Approach sebesar 46,17 dengan rata-rata N-Gain yang diperoleh sebesar 0,57. Peningkatan sikap siswa dapat dilihat dari perolehan rata-rata pretest sebelum pembelajaran dengan Scientific Approach bermuatan nilai sebesar 34,83 yang lebih rendah apabila dibandingkan dengan rata-rata posttest setelah pembelajaran dengan Scientific Approach sebesar 41,17 dengan rata-rata N-Gain yang diperoleh sebesar 0,28. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Scientific approach, muatan nilai, berpikir kreatif, sikap, pencemaran lingkungan Scientific approach is an approach used in learning by focusing on the use of scientific methods in teaching and learning. Scientific approach uncharged value to be analyzed studied its effect on creative thinking skills and attitudes in the matter of environmental pollution. Research methods using weak experiment with the design of the one group pretest posttest design. The study population consisted of all tenth grade students at one high school in Tasikmalaya. The research sample consisted of students numbered 30 people. The results show the value of learning Scientific Approach can improve creative thinking skills and attitudes of students, increase creative thinking skills can be seen from the average pretest acquisition of 25.67 is lower than the average score of posttest after learning Scientific Approach by 46 , 17 with an average N-Gain obtained at 0.57. Improved attitudes of students can be seen from the acquisition of the average pretest before learning Scientific Approach charged with a value of 34.83 lower when compared to the average posttest after learning the Scientific Approach of 41.17 with an average N-Gain obtained 0.28.
