Abstract

Abstrak. Perubahan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) menjadi kurikulum 2013 harus dibarengi dengan usaha peningkatan sarana dan prasarana penunjang seperti perangkat pembelajaran. Pengadaan perangkat pembelajaran yang berkarakteristikan kurikulum 2013 merupakan suatu tuntutan kurikulum yang harus segera dipenuhi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran saintifk problem solving pada teori semikonduktor Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran khusunya bahan ajar dikemas dengan mengadopsi pembelajaran saintifik dan langkah pembelajaran problem solving. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner, observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk perangkat pembelajaran berkategorikan sangat layak dengan berkarakteristikan kurikulum 2013 yang sesuai dengan kelayakan isi, kelayakan bahasa, kelayakan penyajian dan kelayakan grafik. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 banyak menuai respon yang positif dari berbagi pihak. Abstract.The changes in Education Unit Level Curriculum (SBC) into the Curriculum of 2013 should be accompenied by efforts to improve the supporting infrastructure,such as the learning tools. Procurement of learning tools with Curriculum of 2013 characteristic is the one of curriculum requirement that must be met. The aim of this studywas to develop problem solving model of scientific learning tools about theory of semiconductor which exist in Vocational School. A learning development tools especially materials of teaching was packaged by adopting the scientific learning and problem solving learning method. The method that used in this study was research and development methods. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques was using questionnaires, observations, and interviews.This studyresulted in the learning tools product with very worthy category to the Curriculum of 2013 characteristic, and also compatible with thefeasibility of the content, language, presentation, and graphic. The result of this study showed that Curriculum of 2013 learning tools development gets a lot of possitive responses from every parties. Keywords: Curriculum, 2013, Learning Tool, Problem solving.
