Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengukur tingkat kemampuan menulis kalimat sederhana bahasa Perancis siswa kelas X MIA 1 SMAN 4 Cimahi Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016; (2) menjabarkan proses penggunaan model STAD dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan menulis kalimat sederhana bahasa Perancis siswa kelas X MIA 1 SMAN 4 Cimahi Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016; (3) menguji tingkat efektivitas model STAD dalam pembelajaran menulis kalimat sederhana bahasa Perancis siswa kelas X MIA 1 SMAN 4 Cimahi Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016; (4) memperoleh informasi mengenai kelebihan dan kekurangan model STAD dalam pembelajaran menulis kalimat sederhana bahasa Perancis siswa kelas X MIA 1 SMAN 4 Cimahi Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pra-eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes, angket lembar observasi dan studi pustaka. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 20 karakteristik kemampuan menulis kalimat sederhana bahasa Perancis siswa kelas X MIA 1 SMAN 4 Cimahi Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh hasil rata-rata prates siswasebesar 24,1%. Sedangkan hasil rata-ratapascates siswasebesar35,52%. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan sebesar 11,42%. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan perhitungan statistik menggunakan taraf signifikansi 1% dengan derajat kebebasan (d.b) 19, maka diperoleh t tabel sebesar 2,86 dan t hitung sebesar 7,78. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis kerja pada penelitian ini dapat diterima. Jadi, model STAD efektif digunakan dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan menulis kalimat sederhana siswa kelas X MIA 1 SMAN 4 Cimahi Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Proses penggunaan model STAD pada penelitian ini melalui 5 tahap yaitu: (1) Presentasi kelas; (2) Kerja tim; (3) Kuis; (4) Skor kemajuan individual; dan (5) Rekognisi tim. Adapun kelebihan model STAD dalam pembelajaran menulis kalimat sederhana bahasa Perancis yaitu: (a) memudahkan siswa dalam membuat kalimat karena mereka dapat berimajinasi bersama teman satu kelompok; (b) kegiatan menulis menjadi lebih menyenangkan; (c) membantu siswa dalam memahami struktur kalimat sederhana bahasa Perancis. Sedangkan kekurangan dari model STAD ini adalah: (a) Siswa cenderung bergantung pada salah satu anggota kelompok; dan (b) Membutuhkan waktu pembelajaran yang lebih lama dikarenakan kegiatan belajar secara berkelompok. KalimatSederhana This content of the research consist every important facts and informations of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning model. Here this STAD model was used as an increasing device for student. So that, they ability in writing simple sentences in France language could be increased. The purpose are as follows: (1) to mesurethe level of students ability in writing simple sentences before and after doing STAD treatment; (2) to describe the use of STAD model in attempt to rise up students ability in writing simple sentences; (3) to examine the level of effectivity of STAD model in attempt to rise up students ability in writing simple sentences; (4) to gain informations about the advantage and disvantage of STAD model particulary as a learning methode in France language. There are 20 characteristic samples of writing simple sentences in France language which were obtained from X class MIA 1 students in SMAN 4 Cimahi in year 2015/2016. According to the purpose that explained earlier, I installed a pre-experiment with one group pretestposttest design. The instruments which were applied are the test, questionnaire and observation sheets. According to the outcome analysis data, 24,1 percent is the average student's pra-test result, while the student's pre-test average outcome showed a growth with 35,52 percent. This fact describes a slightly surge for 11,42 percent. Furthermore, based on statistically calculation applied of 1 percent signification standard with degree of freedom (d.f) 19, obtained the t table with 2,86 and t calculate with 7,78. Therefore, work hypothesis of this research is acceptable. Thus, STAD model is effective in order to increase student's ability in writing simple sentences in France language to class X MIA 1 students in SMAN 4 Cimahi 2015/2016. The process of STAD usage in this research is done through five phase which are: (1) Class presentation; (2) Teamwork; (3) Quiz; (4) Individual progressing score; and (5) Team recognition. As for the advantages of STAD model in writing simple sentences in France language process are: (a) to simplify students as they writing simple sentences due to their immagination together with friends in their own group; (b) the writing activity turned out to be more fun; (c) helping students to grasp simple sentence structure in France language. While the disadvantages for STAD model are: (a) Students tend to rely on one of their friend in a group; and (b) it required a much longer duration because learning activity is done in groups.
